Amazing!

Love it! I use it every day. I've had most of my percussion students get it as well. You must have the most current iOS though, as any older devices won't work properly- iPod touch 5 etc...

LOVE LOVE LOVE..but

Great app, does everything you want it to do. A little slow, some crashes, plz fix. Also, can you add tenuto marks, I mean this is a met not a score writer, but I actually use it as a score writer, and it works well as that. So plz add tenuto, thank you! And people reading it, especially percussionists, get this app. 👍

Great for creating custom click tracks

This app is seriously great. I’m a professional percussionist and play a lot of music that changes meter. You can basically create a custom click track for any piece of music. The one thing that would make this really perfect for me (and others who will use this as a custom click track creator) is if it was possible to change the tempo within a chain. On top of that, an option to accel/ritard to new tempos would be amazing. Hope to see that in a future update.

Great app but needs additional functionality!

This is a great practice tool for any musician with any instrument. The only problem is that it doesn’t have a lot of customization so if you need help play complicate rhythms, you might want to seat elsewhere. For example, you cannot customize the subdivision of an individual beat. You just choose from a bunch of choices. So if you have two 16th notes with a 32nd triplet, you wouldn’t be able to input that rhythm because it’s not one of the options. Great app with a major flaw!

Awesome!

This the most sophisticated metronome app out there! I am having so much fun with it and I find it extremely useful. My ONLY complaint is that I am unable to keep the app going while taking a video with my phone. I often use other metronome apps this way so I can re watch the video and take a better in depth look at my timing. If you guys could find a way to add that perhaps in an update that would be stupendous. Other than that it is a fantastic app & useful tool I’d recommend to any musician

Stockings?

Cool app, but it would be useful to be able to add in stickings

Please continue making improvements!

I began transcribing rudiment books like stick control and syncopation with this to allow the app to teach me how these rudiments should sound. I love this app. It crashes frequently- I would absolutely love the syncing to cloud to be a little easier to understand (and the restore and backup functions do not work for me) but the email works however very time consuming. Please improve UI! allow for multiple lines or increase/decrease of visual notes. I love this app. Please continue it.

Good but expesive

Great app but the extra chains do not add much for being 2 dollars each.

Heard great things but

I would love to test this app. I hear nothing but good things about it. However when I attempt to download the D’addario free pack it crashes immediately. Running latest OS on iPhone X.

Sticking

One thing that I would really like to see in this app is the ability to mark each note as either a left or right hand note. Other then that, great app.

Keeps Crashing

When I play or edit a measure within a chain. Really frustrating

Don’t fully understand time signatures

This is very close to being the best thing on the market. But it became obvious that you don’t totally understand time signatures. The lack of dotted rhythms and adjusted subdivisions during compound meter makes this app very ordinary. If you’re in compound meter you should be able to control each 8th note instead of each quarter note. Also, you count off needs to be adjusted so that it reflects the time signature. Close but missing significant basics. If you look at the “tempo” app you could le
