Why is it that I can’t get into my Tina’s account change my password and it’s not working what is going on

App doesn’t work. Can’t sign in. Takes forever to load. Thought about getting a credit card but if I can’t pay through a reliable app then I’d rather not.

I was able to sign in once and once I got signed out, I was never able to sign in. I tried resetting my passwords and send the link to my email, but I never received the link to my email. I checked my spam and junk but nothing. Frustrating when you have rewards that’s so hard to use.

I agree what other people are saying about the app. Also when I was looking at the swimsuits, they weren’t on a person they were laying out, but they were wrinkled and looked like they haven’t been was in a while. I mean the stores of T.J.Maxx Are amazing, but this app…not so very much.

Love shopping but don’t always keep my card with me! App has my old TJ Maxx card; can get it removed to add rewards card!! So frustrating !! Called help line and getting someone you can understand is first issue! Then they can’t see to help!!
