This is so cool can’t wait get my free phone an pink too. Promotion gives It free, 24 mths credits put onto bill that pays off $600+ off phone. I’m happy. Also on the go55 plan u get free. T-Mobile I am not happy with T-Mobile because I thought you were 24 seven 7 days a week I need you to fix T-Mobile and make it 24 7 days a week so when I have issues I can be able to call T-Mobile at any time of the day please fix your company, and never let this happen ever again you don’t want me to file business practices to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) takes complaints about wireless for not following business rules please be 24 seven days

I had Internet service with Hughes Net that was terrible. I came to T-Mobile for my Internet service and am very very happy so far. For the price and value of what I am receiving T-Mobile is superb! I am paying less than half of what I was paying with Hughes Net and the product is far superior. .

App not working

Despite having an active account and t-mobile id the app does not allow me to sign in. It shows that I don’t have an associated account with the app even after accepting my log in info (email and p/w). The app wants me to associate the app with a T-mobile account. When I sign in on safari at my t-mobile it works just fine. This problem only showed up recently because like 3 or 4 months the app was allowing me to sign in access my t-mobile account info just fine.

I wouldn’t change services for nothing T-Mobile is true to their word and go above and beyond to fix your situation no other mobile company would do it!!!! So THANKS T-MOBILE!!!!

OUTSTANDING Customer Service Reps!!

It seems 9 out of 10 times I’ve had to contact T-Mobile for whatever reason, I’ve received awesome customer service! It’s really refreshing to not dread having to contact a company because of their terrible customer service! But I’ve never had that problem with T-Mobile thankfully!! Oh and I’d like to make sure that Eva ID# 2231815 gets recognition for her phenomenal customer service skills!! But, be careful of suspicious websites pretending to be T-mobile & offering a FREE Apple Watch 7. All you need to do is pay the shipping - WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! The website looks exactly like T-mobile & I almost fell for this until I tried to verify the site & couldn’t. The name of the website is smartfashiondaily.com.

I use my IPad Pro with a keyboard. The app appears to be only in a vertical version. Can you configure a landscape version?

Can’t get into the app now

I just tried to access the app but it’s telling me it needs to be updated so I click on update now and it just takes me to the “update” screen with only a spinning circle that does nothing. So I’m currently unable to access the app

The updates need to stop

I open this app ever 3-4 days and it always needs a compulsory update. I can’t keep up specially when my internet service is trash, I just want to check how much i need to pay... Like once the ex-first lady said “Give me a f- break” plz 😭
