Once we finally got the correct TMobile app setup and installed for the new 5G home internet everything worked fine. But why does theus app ask me to download and try their TMobile Life app every single time we open the Internet App? Is there not an option to disregard this notification? Especially when ithe TMobile Life App is already installed on my same device? Annoying alert!

Great no issues or problems can connect up to five devices easy to setup u can create ur own password and it’s on 50$ a month

The app works well but one improvement that could be made is being able to use the app while not having to be connected to the router.

I am waiting with great anticipation to enjoy the full potential of my service; I know there is a solution to whatever is the challenge and I am willing or should I say don’t have a choice but to devote the time, patience and resources necessary to fix it. You see I am still not getting full strong house coverage even with the purchase of a WiFi mesh system; I have no immediate plans to go back to my old provider but I don’t know how long I can go on with sporadic internet connection.

Takes forever to open, device screen is always blank

I’m confused to see how this app even has a 4 star rating considering it won’t even open sometimes. It just loads forever. And if I try and connect or reconnect devices on the device list it A. Doesn’t work B. Crashes C. Disconnects my phone from the wifi and tells me to reconnect to my router Not to mention you can’t even simply disconnect things you can only permanently stop them from being able to connect so if the app is deciding to not work and you have something off goodluck ever turning

Internet speeds are generally good. When cloudy or rainy, a little less good but not bad. App, on the other hand, lacks capability when it works. I haven’t had to touch it in a month and now can’t open it even after deleting and reinstalling. I need more information, certainty, and stability from my internet connection app, including access to network information. This is not currently a substitute for a proper connection WITH associated app for network info.
