I love everything on my T Life App. Thank you very much for the rechargeable flashlight.

Overall it’s a great app, I just wish that there were more benefits for users. I love a few of the deals but most of them are not known to me.

T-Life

Had a huge issue when I had to update my T-Mobile app. It cause me to lose all my photos (8,000), 12 apps, email account, text messages and some contacts. Absolute nightmare! Despite all this I still gave you a 4 star rating. Wish that you would have better giveaways like you did in the past. Since you went to T-Life, not as rewarding. Honest feedback, I do still like T-Mobile.

I live getting deals in Tuesdays to brighten up my week and save mo ey and have fun or trying something new

Tuesday is ok

When we fist started getting Tmobile Tuesdays, it was interesting to see what “freebies” were being offered. As time went by, the perks got to be only ok. We never won things in the contests, which many others also say, and many of the perks are not something we could use…sometimes for stores not in our region. It would be nice is Tmobile Tuesday was tweaked so more people could have a perk on Tuesday. Speaking with several subscribers, they don’t seem to even participate any longer.

A plus for customers!!

I utilize my *10 cents off gasoline every Tuesday, with a combined *5 cents from my membership; giving me a total of *15 cents/per gallon with Shell gas stations- I love to save money!!! Thnx T-Mobile!!!

Why we love T Mobile

We always use the free deals or great deals on the T Mobile app. The 10 cent off gas, the coffee deals, the movie deals and bowling! Plus never a complaint about the T Mobile service. Our whole family uses it, like 10 of us. Thank T Mobile ❤️

Used to be good offers. Now it’s just using first time trial codes that only work for new subscribers. Or for random crap online. Get a deal with upside or something useful.

T-mobile is the best and I look forward to Tuesday for the deals and when things started to get tough the last year with gas thanks to Biden gas hike T-mobile was right there with $0.25 off a gallon and I Love all of the free stuff as well. Thanks T-mobile you guys/gals ROCK keep up the great work👍👍

More exciting items for T-mobile Tuesday

We need more offers to restaurant or things that really push the e excitement of T-mobile, that we can’t wait till the next Tuesday to arrive. Most things now are boring, and it seems like it’s impossible to win prizes in the sequence games or when you simply enter to win

They stopped the movies

Most of the stuff is not free but discounts. And most of the stuff i cannot use although i am sure others can. I do like the cheaper gas and LOVE when they have free or discounted movie tickets. Unfortunately, those seem to have stopped. Really easy to use. I have never had an issue with being able to redeem anything. They also have contests that i will never win because i do not have a lucky bone in my body but they are fun to play.

Every Tuesday is like Christmas. Full of discounts and surprises. I especially like the fuel rewards especially with the high prices of gas. Very nice

Outstanding Magenta Max 55 5G mObile phone service; impressive and laudable customer service at the T- Mobile hone and also the T-Mo Tuesday perk services; friendly and professional res who have always. CC demonstrated. A strong commitment to resolve problems and satisfy customers and these were in evidence since I be came a T- Mo customer two years + as Magenta 55 and Magenta Max 55 customer. We really are enjoying all the rewards the only thing is we wish there were more things we could actually use as opposed to the ones like the skydiving and stuff like that people don’t use those kinds of things maybe if possible put more groceries or products for everyday living since everyone’s in a tough time now struggling with gas prices and groceries it would be great to have help with those kinds of things

Please fix this app , they have the wrong phone number on here ! I have tried multiple times trying to take it off , but I can’t doesn’t give me a option ! So I can’t get T-Mobile Tuesdays at all I call call customer service they tried still the same can’t even log out this app needs a lot of work !

Redemption issues

On more than one occasion redeeming free perks has been impossible. For a lot of offers the Tmo Tuesday or T-Life app links to third party accounts like aunty anne’s, wendy’s, cinnabon, etc. When you try to sign in from the T Life app via the redemption steps (the only way to get the offer activated) the submission page just will not go through. I’ve had to redo the Recaptcha authentication and “sign in” repeatedly but the page does not move forward. I wish they would solve this problem.
