Versatile, extremely accurate, and the customer service is amazing. TACNAV is an awesome app. IMO, its the best military / tactical app on the market. Bottom line, if youre in the military, especially the Army, you need this app. 5-stars!

Tactical NAV is hands down the best navigation app for military operations. Its precision and reliability are unmatched, especially with the MGRS focus. I've used it in both training and real-world scenarios, and it has never let me down. The ability to operate offline is a game-changer, and the app's ease of use makes it a must-have for any service member. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a robust and accurate navigation solution!

I really like this app for ATAK use. I like you can draw graphics on the app and can share them to a buddy so you are using this app for ATAK you can use it with your buddy or a team. The only thing I think it needs improvement is that a terrain map should be added to the app to see the terrain better. I find that a satellite map doesn’t show the terrain detail I would get from a terrain or Topo map.

Was hoping this platform would perform a little more like MilGPS. One thing that I can’t stand is that every time I go back to the application it puts me in the middle of an ocean. Needs a navigate to Create a waypoint Auto start in X location Something.

This app has been a life saver for my site recon. I would love to see, if possible, a feature where you can add photos from the device gallery. I am giving 5 stars because is a well thought and developed app.

Really enjoying this app. It has three things I really wish MilGPS had: tighter MGRS grids when you zoom in (MilGPS stops at 100m grid squares, TACNAV goes to 10m), free drawing on maps, and accurate military markers! Sure, MilGPS has icons you can customize, but none of them are standard NATO markers! So you have to remember your own reasons for certain markers existing, instead of being able to rely on what already exists and is standardized. This app seems to have all the features available

I wanted to share my thoughts about this app because I was impressed when Jonathan (Captain Springer) took the time to respond to my email about a couple new features he's working on. This app is excellent. I've verified its accuracy, which rivals the DAGR and Falcon View, and it’s accurate to less than a meter. Good just hate when im in the field trying to nav and suddenly theres an forced update and I can’t use the app and don’t have service in the field to update.

Tactical NAV is excellent. Can’t recommend this app enough.

Absolutely love this app, the offline mode (that you have to pay additional for, but worth it) is great, and the ability to do routes and plot points etc. My gripe is that I was inputting points when the app crashed on me, didn’t think anything of it, but when I re-opened the app, weeks worth of work literally disappeared. Pretty critical information, so I’m a little frustrated at this app at the moment

This tactical navigation app is the best on the market. I was able to accurately shoot 155 rounds with RAP directly on target using this app, while using a government device to confirm the coordinates! I am blown away! Steel on steel!!! I also confirmed that Tactical NAV is accurate to about less than a meter… really around 1 mm accuracy when I confirmed the grid using Falcon View and the had the grid coordinates mensurated, which is insane for a commercial app! I used to use MilGPS, but Tactical NAV is now my go to app for mission planning, targeting, and SA. It’s very easy to use. I build my overlays for my platoon leadership, share them with my guys, and the fact I can also share everything with my soldiers who are on Android is excellent. It’s seemless and secure. CPT Springer really made one heck of an app, and he’ll always have my support. TacNav is very much recommended.

I use Tactical NAV at work on a daily basis for training and navigating to a location by use MGRS grids. This app works flawlessly. Worth every dollar spent on the app. Makes my job easier and I don’t have to depend on a normal gps.

Works great but with the update please make overlays shareable between devices. Put a bunch of work into an overlay and you can’t share it

Had an issue in regards to using the offline features on multiple devices. I contacted Jon and within an hour he informed me he was working an update so that the app and its content stays with your Apple ID but currently not there yet. That’s the bad news. Good news is that he reimbursed me for purchasing it on multiple devices. True team player and excited for more improvements to an already great app! Kevin

Excellent app. Would like to see some kind of measurement tool included in the future so I can get a distance and direction between two points, but overall, Tactical NAV is superb.

Im really skeptical of reviews on the App Store, but this app is extremely solid. Other reviewers who left Tactical NAV a 5 star review are pretty spot on… this is a solid tac~app all around.

Great update Jonathan. I have to say that Tactical NAV has become the king of tactical apps. Tactical NAV is hands down the best tactical military app available today. I really cant recommend it enough!!!

Missing almost all the sustainment symbols. Would be awesome to use but kinda an oversight.

I paid $7.99 for the 1 month subscription to test it out for offline use during hunting season and I got a big fat goose egg, NOTHING. Pretty let down by that cause I could have really put this app to use.
