Thank you for sharing with us. I love the app. I like to comment a couple humble ideas… an indicator perhaps a bar or dial that indicates the inhaling and exhalation indications. And a 3D mannequin to visualize the position from different angles. Thanks again.
Navigation is mostly linear so I let it play until it gets to the step I want. I tried leaving it at my stopping point but when I return the app is frozen so I must start again. Some of it is off screen but I see no way to resize it. Portrait mode only but I bought a Lamical tablet stand which solved that problem. Despite these deficiencies it has introduced me to Taichi and the 10 AM ping gets me to do some exercises. I don’t think this app is maintained any longer.
It would be nice as other users have stated to be able to skip or go back in each module. Also more instructions on the more advanced techniques would be helpful. Overall good though. I am enjoying it.
I am off to a great start with this program. I practiced tai chi many years ago and one of the key elements I have found to being successful with. It is having a good instructor. Master Li presents the basic moves in a very straightforward and clear fashion to follow. There is no fluff here just following his simple instructions clear movements and breathing exercises. It is not a subscription, but I hope that they will occasionally keep the app updated so that it will work on future versions
I really enjoy sections one through three of this app. However, section four of is far more complex than the previous sections. It feel like there should be a section to bridge the gap.
Mas que satisfecho con el Maestro y la esencia del Taichi, muy superior a otros programas como MadMuscles que son limitados en los tiempos de los ejercicios. Lo recomiendo 100%
The exercises are quite easy and relaxing
I love this app just wish you could move between segments more easily
Being 78 and challenged to even breathe properly, I was happy to find an app which began at the basics. The app lets you work at your personal speed. It costs only is minimal. Thank you!
I really love the softness and spirit in this.
I am so happy to learn tai chi and It’s great to start the a new journey with each new morning
The app is not opening correctly can’t tap on the lessons they are covered up by top menu ad
Instructions clear and slow
Love this app. Great introduction to tai chi. Starting with the qigong18 movement set the practice is surprisingly challenging and relaxing at the same time.
So far I have really liked the content and generally like the format of the instructions. I had to wait for the videos to download, obviously something that has to be done but it would be better for the app to start the download at the end of the previous lesson rather than when you’re ready to start. I wish that I could set it in landscape mode. I rarely use portrait mode for anything but this app only uses portrait. Otherwise, good app with good content.
This app is almost perfect for helping me learn Tai Chi. The only issue I have is the same as everyone else: let me go back to a previous video without have to go through all the other videos first. I want to get one down before moving on to the others.
I can choose length of time I spend by choosing individual posture instruction or various sets. Instructions are thorough but minimal and include when to breathe and exhale. The background is simplistic and not distractive! A map is provided so I can see my progress and select any place for my daily Session. The price is low, affordable! I wish all apps had these qualities if simplicity and service at a low price. Truly a gift!
I like the pace, the narration, the music and especially Master Li. His movements are so graceful and precise.
I agree with the previous review posted, suggesting improved navigation and scrolling. Otherwise, I love this app! And I would recommend it to my patients.
Would love to see it integrate with apple health or Zepp (amazfit).
I need to view the stages of the lessons multiple times, but don’t know how to back up to get to them. For me the motions are complicated so I need several viewings. I hope this function can be added soon.
I have periodically worked with Tai chi in past years. But after open heart surgery I am in need of improving my physical conditioning. This step by step introduction to the basics of tai chi allows me to progress at my own pace and “make the moves my own” before moving on. A simple and effective way to learn and train. THANK YOU for offering this app!
I really like this app VERY much but its functionality could be improved by allowing the user to access any segment of the tai chi lessons or qigong lessons automatically instead of scrolling through these sections manually. I think the developers had the right idea by requiring a user to go from the very beginning, step-by-step until the end. However, once that is completed, the user should be able to go back to any section easily for review or additional practice, instead of having to scrub
As a heart patent…this app has benefited me greatly in slowing down and relaxing. I would high suggest it. Just realize that you need to be patient in getting to the next sections as the teacher and App provider are wishing you to understand the moves before you move to the more advanced.
I love this app. Master Li’s moves are clear and the progression of moves is relaxed and easy to follow. These exercises are helping me sleep better at night. Amazing. And I’m finally learning tai chi now. That was on my to do list for years!
This is a really unique way to learn tai chi. Master Li is such a clear mover, very easy to follow, and the narration helped me a lot to coordinate my breathing with the movements. This is the best app for tai chi I have found.
I'm kind of a klutz and didn't want to join a gym class. Now I have a new morning routine and I feel calmer and more balanced throughout the day. Thanks!
Great spin on tai chi training with the motion sensor. It actually helps me focus and stay with Master Li's movement. Cool and innovative.
I've been training tai chi for 2 years now and love it. I practice one section of the app during lunch breaks and it's perfect.
This app will temporarily relieve any general pain or sufferring. If you are already so lucky and blessed to have a body that actually works, just meditate as this will do nothing for you.
Please improve suggestions in reviews are great and please at least optimize it for iOS 11 I can't download it on my new iPhone 8 😞
Great app. Works well up until it freezes. There's no way to go to a section so you have to start all over. Please get it working better so I can make it all the way through. Well it worked for a while. New update stopped it from working
My dogs love watching me work out after work. Occasionally they try to join in. Great app! For someone too busy to go to class.
I tried several other tai chi apps and this is hands down the best! Really clear progression, beautifully demonstrated and short but solid explanations. I’m recommending to my friends and family.
Tried so many apps to continue my TaiChi training while I’m traveling and this one is by far the best.
just use wifi when dlng the vids!
This Tai Chi temple is amazing it has helped however I would like more movement in the feat and for it to go slower other than that this thing would be a FIVE star!!
This would be an excellent app except, the videos have no markers or chapters. If I want to study one move, I have to wade through the whole video to find it. Please fix this!
I don’t know how this app isn’t more popular, but honestly the experience is amazing and very well put together.

Let’s say you’re 7 videos into one of the sections, and you want to review something from the previous video before continuing. I mean, you’re just learning after all, so it’s a pretty likely scenario, right? Would you rather: a) hit a “back” button to view the previous video, b) select the video from a list of all those offered in the section, or c) be locked into a forward-only dystopian interface where you’re forced to watch all the remaining videos in the section and then start the entire s
