Tales of Monkey Island Ep 1 App Reviews

This game is very good and it lives up to the previous installments of the series , I had downloaded it a few years ago until it stopped working on newer phones. I then saw the re-release but was disappointed when the games has not been updated to be widescreen. I know Tell-Tale games probably doesn’t have time to give us a version that will take full advantage of newer hardware but if y’all do it would make this great game even better.

Buy the bundle and don’t look back. I’m sad now that I finished it. Worth every penny. Tons of play time. Great graphics and storyline, music, voiceovers, the whole shebang. Played flawlessly on my iPhone 12. Tip: Sometimes it’s easier to use the ship wheel to to activate things but you don’t have to. Arrrrrgh, ya land lubbers!

Y’all address that issue yet? Still seems to be a problem. I’m stuck :(

When you get to the giant stone door/portal, I went back to town. And now the map isn’t in my inventory (to activate the path back). So I’m pretty sure I’m stuck. Otherwise was having a great time.

This is a phenomenal game! The reason folks are rating a 1, is because they are children that don’t like challenging puzzles. This game makes you really think with a side hustle of jokes throughout the game! I can’t wait for more to come!

Is a great game. A little complicated to move at times but everything else is superb, worth the money

Feels like old times. Graphics look beautiful on a retina display. Didn't experience any lag, but I am playing on a 4S. Definitely going to check out the next episode.

Works completely fine on my iPhone, haven't experienced any crashes or anything. I hope the series continues because I have been playing Monkey Island for forever!

For those who have the crashing problem try play other games to run ur battery down then it will work

Cute storyline , great ambiance, challenging puzzles

This game has awesome characters and it's a series! It gets really afflicting so if you'd rather not be on your phone in front of friends and family I wouldn't suggest it. The game is hilarious and incredibly fun to play.

I used to play this game on PC when I was a child. So glad I found it for my phone! Thanks! Can't believe this hasn't had any feedback in a year!

Just played chapter 1. Not one crash. Awesome game!

As far as I’ve gotten, (which isn’t far) I’ve enjoyed the game-but I’m stuck, because I can’t grab an item that your supposed to swipe while the D’Oro guy is distracted. The wheel icon in the bottom right corner is right over the pile of “figurines” and it just moves the select options, and won’t allow me to get it. If there was a way to fix this, that’d be great; I’ve always enjoyed the Monkey Island games.

Solo inglés y alemán…. Deberían actualizar el juego con más idiomas.

Tank controls do not translate well to touch controls. Shame, I love Monkey Island and would’ve loved to have played this. Maybe if controller support is ever added
