What is this?

This app looks cool but is a little bizarre. I half suspect many of the people on the app are paid to be there. I received a few messages and then when I responsed, no response. There is a lot of social media and a lot of great, high quality posts in different languages. Many of the features are paid. It looks like it could compete with Tandem but it is a bizarre app
