We were not always able to get the app to work. But the last time we used it, it did work.

Taxi appeared on time. Driver was courteous and attentive. Handled all luggage and was quick to the airport leaving maximum time for check in. Perfect!!

Used in multiple cities. Sometimes the locator is not great. Make sure to verify the address. The text based request does not always work but you can call and they speak English. Always able to get a cab for 6. ( they bailed me out of the wrong bus and I am grateful)

Scheduled our ride last night, and the driver appeared as promised promptly at 3:15am. Got us to the airport quickly and even suggested a small cafe that was open before the airport was for a quick coffee. Really appreciated his help and getting us where we needed to be.

With a short stop over in Pisa, it was very helpful to have Taxi Move, since there were very few taxis at the Taxi Stands at the train station and at the Tower, and a lot of people!

having waited a long time on a prior request for a taxi by phone, highly encourage those who can to download this app — uber/lyft like and super quick _ still pay your driver but to hail a taxi it was super stress free at 4 am for the airport run.

This app is the easiest way to get a taxi anywhere in Florence. You can book several hours ahead if you have a reservation to get to. Or call one when needed and they usually come within 5 minutes. This was a lifesaver for my elderly parents for whom walking the uneven streets of Florence was very difficult.

I needed a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning and were able to get it quickly. The app allowed us to enter four passengers with five bags so we guaranteed that a van would come versus a small car. The other taxi app did not allow functionality. We had a wonderful driver and will definitely use this app again.

Ho prenotato la corsa via app. La app mi notifica che è necessario chiamare l’operatore. Quando chiamo, l’operatore alquanto scortese mi dice di non duplicare la prenotazione e che riceverò conferma via app, cosa che non avviene. Riprovo a prenotare via app e va in porto. Servizio da migliorare.

Just arrived, used the app 2 times. Works great.Way better than Uber, in my experience.
