TeamReach – Your Team App App Reviews

The app needs to have disabling or mute features. I just want to see info from coaches.

Only problem I have is when people click on the calendar they cannot see the event without pulling down on the page. It’s hidden. I can’t tell you how many times I have to explain this to members. They tell me there is no event scheduled. Any fix for this.

TeamReach is a solid App which does a very good job of event management, member management and chat management. In our local area, I'm aware of several pickleball and hiking groups that rely on TeamReach because it is easy to use and enables group members to see "who else is signed up". TeamReach's Tech Support and Development Teams are very helpful and are open to suggestions for additional features. I look forward to changing my rating from a "4" to a "5" as the product evolves.

We absolutely love this app. It makes everything so much easier for clubs and groups notification. The only thing I wish would get updated is when someone makes a comment on a post that you could heart or like it or thumbs up it so everyone knows you read it From a leader perspective

This is a great app to manage and schedule with multiple groups. From a product perspective, my biggest issue is the lack of notification customization. It’s either all or nothing. If someone posts, and then people comment on the post, even if I did not interact in the post, I get notified of every comment in the post. I’m glad I can mute specific channels, but not being able to further customize within groups is frustrating. Separately, I wish there was an easier way to access direct messages.

LOVE the TeamReach app for our community’s Pickleball games. It shows who else is signed up & playing, lets us send group messages when we need to fill out a court, and connects directly w/my iPhone calendar when I’ve signed up for game play. Awesome!

As soon as I put in my email to log in, the app crashes. iPhone 15 pro iOS 26.2.

I use this app for every club I start - cards, books, pickleball, friends - and it makes getting together very simple. Even non-tech people get used to it quickly. I recently had a glitch and emailed support. Within minutes, I telling me how to fix it. So pleased.

App is easy to navigate and tech support is quick to respond! Terrific!

Love the app but really looking forward to an update to allow members - not just Admin - add events. Thank you.

While I love this app overall because of the connectivity it gives, it could use a few updates. The “direct messaging” should have its own section or something, often times the DMs get lost in the shuffle of all the other messages. Notifications sometimes don’t come through. Thanks!

While in theory this is a great app, this is the clunkiest, slowest apps have ever used. It is consistently unreliable in that it often won't load, or takes so much te to load that you have to move on before it does. It is a great structure, and super helpful for organizing team play & communications, jst wish it didn't feel like it was in betaall the time.

I don’t always get notifications and they are turned on

Great for using it for various sports. We use it for Pickleball and Roller Hockey. Would be nice to do a calendar import and/or shared calendar link, read receipts would be great to see who read the message or not, SMS notifications, and ability to add the score of an event.

We use this app all the time for various Pickleball groups and it’s terrific! However, some of the teams faded out but the Leader never deleted them. How do I remove myself from a team/group?

As the leader of my group, is there a way for me to capture my teams email addresses?

Great app but can you add the ability for additional sounds for notifications.

i like this app for when i play basketball. but it sometimes doesnt update correctly and i dont see the new message until like five hours later and my coach asks an important question or new updates for the week😱

TeamReach is a very good app to get hold of people and send reminders. This is the very app I recommend for you.😃

When you open a Schedule/Calendar, there’s no indication whether you responded to the event or not. So, I have to click in each event to see if I answered or not. Miserable experience if you are looking to respond to every event for the practice season. Please add the feature to show if you responded, and if you have, which answer.

I needed to switch from using Apple ID sign on to using email. I contacted their customer service and they responded right away and helped me do the switch!

We use this app for a pickleball group and it works well. We would love to have a scheduling calendar. Are there any plans in the works for that?

How do we delete a group we no longer participate in???

I installed the app on my M1 MaxBook Pro since I'm in several groups that send messages at different times. The Mac app doesn't allow resizing, which is bad, but what is unacceptable is the fact that the app continues sending notifications even after closing. I found a service that was still running and killed it, but I'm still getting notifications. I could turn off notifications, but the point of having the app installed is to get alerts when the app is running.

I love TeamReach as a coach and as a parent. It’s easy to use to send messages to parents and athletes. But…it would be very useful to have a search function. It’s very difficult to go back and find messages that were sent. As a coach, sometimes we need to find a message sent by a student or parent, and often cannot find it. Please add a search function!!

I love this app for its many great features. I wonder if when somebody cancels is there, some sort of notification to the leader or the group that there is now an open spot?

Having trouble finding a setting, where we can see the newest comment, either in a string, or on the entire group ahead of all of the older ones. That would be a great improvement to the app.

I’ve been trying to edit an event and it keeps bumping me out. I also tried creating a new event and it also bumped me out before saving. So frustrating!!!

Would really like to see the chat function overhauled and brought into the 21st-century. It is very rudimentary and unintuitive. It has many limitations that you just don’t see in today’s chat apps. But this app really hasn’t seen any significant development for years. So I don’t really know that the developers even listen or care.
