I use teamsnap for my travel basketball and its really organized and up to date so i definitely recommend. Ur coachs & assistant coachs can easily tell u when and wear practices and games are so i definitely recommend

You guys have to have a feature where you can add someone to a chat. Making a whole new chat just to add one person is ridiculous

I tried to reinstall this app many times, however it does not show any team photos that I had posted in the Photos section. I can see these photos on teamsnap webpage, on teamsnap app on Android, just none shows up on my ipad pro. It keeps showing Add photos, though I can’t click the Add button at all.

Please make it easier to SEE MY ASSIGNMENTS without clicking into each event. Schedule view (list of events) would be a natural place to see them or how about an Assignments tab with a list?

Free version is decent. Easy to navigate around the ads. Lots of features that the sports club doesn’t appear to use. Probably the most annoying thing is that the app icon does not support the dark customization, despite an otherwise great UI.

After logging in the first I can’t log out. When logging in it took me to my league. I can see my teams and email everyone. But it won’t let me leave the league page to log out or see schedules. I can’t get back to the home page. I have the latest version of ISO so I don’t know what to do.

Aside from just having issues loading messages sometimes, my biggest issue with TeamSnap (on the iPad specifically) is UI related. Once you go into a chat or thread, you can’t get back to any other part of the app without force stopping it and relaunching. For example, if I go into the chat to read/send messages, I can no longer access the calendar, roster, or any other function - no matter where I click, there is just no way to access those features. Please fix this incredible oversight!!

Love the app. Please add and weather warnings with an option for outdoor | Indoor events. Would help for coaches who have outdoor sports planning.

This app and platform are unique and could be great, but the software is just so buggy. It hangs and crashes constantly. I’ve been reporting these issues for quite a while now but they seem to be getting worse.

Since the last update, the app is not working at all. Every time I open the team chat. The app freezes and I have to go out. Very frustrating mid season!!!

TeamSnap is supposed to be great for managing team stuff, but the ads keep freezing the screen, and nothing moves. It's so annoying that I have to delete and reinstall the app every time it happens. Even though it has useful features, dealing with these ads really ruins the experience.

For some reason I keep seeing alerts for old teams that are retired and or have been deleted by the host. It’s extremely annoying because I can’t get rid of them. Have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app everything I can think of but they’re there taunting me. Please help.

The current version. The chat function is glitchy and just freezes the app. I’ve never had this issue and otherwise love TeamSnap. Any suggestions?

Great app to track all the sports however, there is a glitch every time I get an ad. When an ad pops up, it almost freezes the app. There is no way to close out the ad and return to the app Home Screen without forcing the app to close entirely.

I pay for TeamSnap ad-free and I still see ads in my app. It will sometimes fix itself but it will always go back to showing ads. What am I paying for?

The ads are none stop. Sometimes you are looking something up that is inportant and needs to be fast. Like what field we are on, but then an ad pops up. I would never purchase from any ad I see on here. We already pay monthly.

The overwhelming number of adds and in-your-face subscribe tactics are bad enough, and also an indication of how poor the sales strategy is for the app (hint: pitch the team/club owners, not players and parents). The entire experience is now made worse by junk email with no unsubscribe link. I use this app because it’s how my kids’ teams communicate. If I were the one running the program, however, I’d look for an alternative.

The whole apps purpose was to say yes or no to practices or games. Now you have to pay for that feature. BRUTAL

Schedules can be clearly viewed on the website. The app loads up with “Error loading content” dialogs... four times!!!! Clicking to Schedule tab brings up a “Something went wrong” dialog. Roster tab says “…minions had trouble fetching your roster…” and another “Error loading content” All the while, popup ads loom at the bottom until you pay for something.

I have been using this app for years for my kids team and has been good until recently the chats do not work anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, the app is up to date, I have tried everything. My kids have missed several important messages because the chat won’t work anymore and I have received no help from support either. If you want everyone on your team to stay updated with messages I do not recommend this app anymore!

I don't mind ads but there's one from Box that won't go away or no way to close it. Remove that ad
