My physician was extremely helpful. He was very informative and took a lot of time to explain to me my diagnosis and what I can do to help feel better.

Our provider was just awesome! She responded promptly and was very efficient. She was also so nice and wasn’t just business!!

This app and service is a game changer!! Love being able to take care of things from home and not have to wait at the clinic. The care providers have been professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you!!

The Dr. was awesome straight to the point. I get anxiety about dealing with Medical employees but Teladoc makes it easy.

I needed a refill for a prescription while traveling away from my PCP. Teladoc video took place within minutes and quickly submitted the refill to the local pharmacy saving me time and a likely costly visit to a local urgent care. This service is excellent and I will use it again f needed.

The app lags a lot. The info drop down selection is very touchy and miss selects items all the time.

The app crashes often and the documents that the doctor provides never work.

Works great with scale and blood pressure monitor. I just wish it would load gathered health data to the native Health app. It takes steps from it. Why wouldn’t it allow the option to share weight and BP??

This replaced Livongo. I use it with the scale sent to me as a food tracker and it’s not user friendly. It doesn’t save meals, it’s a many step process to log in to and I have to search for every item, even though I generally enter the same meals almost every day. Not sure how long I will bother before just going to a better, more user friendly app.

This app continuously has let me set up an appt with a counselor but then the appts never happen. I never get a call from a provider and then after about 10 minutes I’m told the appt is cancelled. Very disappointing.

My former employer was using Teladoc to cover mental health services. Things were fine for a while, found a great therapist I could bond with, then the app started going crazy. Not notifying me about visits, not letting me complete assessments so I can get to a visit, and even worse, I can’t properly communicate to my therapist when I’m having issues. I feel terrible because I haven’t been able to see my therapist in a month because of issues with this app. PLEASE MAKE IT BETTER
