The decision to seek out therapy for my issue was one of the best choices I’ve made recently. The therapists are professional, well trained and understanding. It’s a helpful experience and I am feeling more optimistic than I was before. The remote access factor is very convenient and private. I would recommend to anyone that needs this type of help.

Telehealth makes it very simple and easy to use.

The app works more or less as well as any other video conferencing app. However, one function it does not have that most video conferencing apps have, is that you can’t blur your background or change your background. That’s annoying.

My camera doesn’t work

My appointment was nothing short of amazing! I have really grown and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Holsey, she is very supportive, caring, and professional as well as the BEST!

I am growing and getting to know myself better. I have learned new qualities and valuable skills about myself that I can apply to my everyday life to become a better version of me and be open to new positive changes in my life.

I just want this to be known that the doctor that I see on this app is truly phenomenal. This application has made it very successful for me to be able to see my counselor whenever I want and I’m very much appreciate that.

The visit went pretty swell. The visual was clear. The sound was clear no disconnections excellent service if I must save myself for the first time ever I can say that about telescope visit.

Very easy to download and use. Picture and sound or perfect during the entire appointment.. would definitely recommend.

Great service by great people

The app works in all ways except for feedback noise. When there is noise on my end, it loops back to me as a rasping sound. Very distracting
