Tempo - Metronome with Setlist App Reviews

Great looking app and I love the setlist option. Says it works with Apple Watch and I assumed that meant I could use the watch as my metronome with haptics but the watch only works as a controller for the phone so what’s the point-just use the phone lol! To paraphrase another review; 1000 amazing functions but no real Apple Watch functionality? Huh? :0

I use it all the time while teaching and practicing! Connect it on Bluetooth for great volume. Excellent!

This program is far superior to other ones I’ve tried. Very easy to set and my 80+ year old brain needs all the help it can get!! It only took several minutes to figure out the system. I’m much more simple tan most. I’ve been at this for about 20 years now so I’m far from accomplished but this instrument sure helps. Bill Gimbel

Been using this as our live click track for many years. Rock solid. Setlist functionality and wireless foot controller integration (AirTurn) is awesome. My only wish is that you could either upload your own sound set (the app provides , or that the "Digital" or "Electro" sound set would be closer to the Ableton Live stock metronome sound. They sound similar, but for some reason Ableton Live's metronome cuts through the mix better -- and is now more or less the standard click for live performanc

It’s hard to open sometimes on my iPhone XR. It’s also not always intuitive and it takes me a while to get the settings I want

Been using it for a year now and it is simply the best I’ve found for so little money. You can choose the voice and the counts or just clicks or beeps and the break downs of tempos are simple and easy to adjust. Use it on laptop or iPhone/iPad and it works just as well. You can’t go wrong.

This is better than any metronome I've ever owned.

I’ve tried several metronome programs. This was the one my instructor used and I like it. The voice counting helped me; and I like being able to keep a set list

Tempo is a versatile and easy to use. If you need more than this app, you need a drum machine.

Top rate, hasn’t failed yet on the stage, studio or bandstand. Worth every cryptocentavo!

This comes in very handy when establishing a tempo on a new piece of music - especially when my phone is almost always with me.

Despite the provided instructions and advertising you cannot actually add multiple set lists. Maybe it is a simple fix, but the option just is not there.

I’ll start by saying, I love this app!! Im a drummer and I use it all the time, practice and gigs. MY ONLY GRIPE: there is no option for setlists to be alphabetical order. We never play the same setlist so it would be nice to load songs alphabetically just to find them faster. Other than that, it’s great and I love it.
