Are there any customer support people working on this? Or is this a dead game where the issue I have I will just have to live with? I keep getting this pop up in game “New support message received.” It won’t go away no matter what I do! Please help!

Hey there, if the devs are reading this, I absolutely adore this game. This might be my favorite mobile game ever. This game is oddly extremely fun and unique. There is one bug that absolutely ruined my experience. I had beat the Moon, and it was my first time winning, so I was ecstatic. I went to pause that game, and it didn’t work. I had paradise habitability and only +58 oxygen per day. I came back to it just a week and a half later, and the oxygen was somehow skyrocketing, and all my animals

I have an idea for the app. Since planets have different gravity (Mars is 0.3(something)g), can you add a challenge for players to use methods to increase or decrease the planets gravity to match that of Earth’s 1G? Also, some planets have a longer day than a year, with Venus being the most obvious. It’s day is longer than it’s year! Can you add a challenge for players to speed up a planet like Venus’ rotation, such as building and using a Mass Driver tethered to the planet that fires projectile

Ok, well I don’t appreciate that you have to buy moons and dwarf planets as well as the others because it’s aggravating but besides that this game is better than most console games lol and try to add more events that happen in game

This game is one of the best things I have had but I din’t get how some of the controls work like the hydrogen pumps.

TerraGennis is a great game that i like to play, i am addicted to space and this game absolutely blows me away of how good this game is, but when it comes to citys that is when i get confused. like how im a post to know what a oxygen plant is or a cloud seeder or a hab complex unit is and i want to also see what the suraface looks like too. what i want added: a button that you can press when you are looking over the planet

I do not mean anything terrible. My problem with the game is currently with the incredibly slow pace. But I do understand this is likely because I’m a relatively new player. Overall I love what has been done. Great job developers. I’m excited to see your future works and improvements.

I love that this is not a fast paced game. I can take my time with it, nurture a planet and I find it rather peaceful and rewarding.

I’m not sure of what I’m doing (exactly) however I get the basic idea and it’s still fun and interesting.

Truly a masterpiece as you get to create your own new society on a completely different planet all based on your desionson

Amazing game! But… I was playing on a random planet and whenever I returned to it it said my habs were gone even though they were still in the city list. Would like this bug fixed, otherwise it is amazing.

I always get stuck on the stats page it’s a perfect game I just get stuck on that part it’s like it’s grayed out can anyone tell me if that happened before if not then weird.

Really fun game, I played all of the terrestrial planets and beat all but earth. Almost terraformed Venus but ended up just giving up. It was still great though, and I love this game a lot. I did get a new phone though, and it’s kind of tricky to transfer your data across devices. Overall, it is still a great game and I will continue to play it.

I love this game! My cousin was playing it while we were in Florida and I heard him say “oh crap I got another terrorist attack” and I was immediately interested. I got the game thinking it would be like clash of clans where I do a few things, upgrade some stuff, then leave for like two days before I could do something else. It was not. There’s always something else for you to do. Also, the way they do ads is genius. All in all, one of the best games I’ve played in a while! 5 out of 5!

Okay so, I had this game 3 years ago, deleted it, forgot about it. The other week I remember it redownload it and get the option to get my info back, I know have over 250 Billion credits, and Mara Is now beyond recognition, I had 0 water, 0 Oxygen, over 8 million heat, and over 80 million pressure I came back to all my cities melted and over 110 billion people dead, tried to fix the pressure, didn’t notice the machines made water and I accidentally flooded my planet and now I can’t place down a

I am honestly blown away by this game and it is fun, beautiful, (occasionally) calming, and strategic. But I hate how you will leave your game paused and you get a panic-inducing notification saying your world is on the “brink of extinction” when for me, everything was good as can be. I don’t know if this is a code just to get you back on your game or if it is a glitch though. Thank your for your time!

Every time I close the game the time traveler comment comes in a race is all my progress on the planet and it’s really frustrating because I can’t play any of my other games are shut off my phone without all my progress being lost but other than that the game is really good

Terra Genesis is a little slow to start, but once you're up and running there is so much to work with that it does feel constantly engaging. It goes beyond traditional idle games by incorporating that strategy element. It's fun and I love checking in on it a couple times a day. Would recommend!

It’s a fun game that you can play even in small amounts.

The game is kinda fun with its mechanics and stuff. I also find it a little bit addicting. I believe that game is a good one.

I really enjoy terraforming games, and TerraGenesis is a good example of one. I really like it because you can build a whole civilization on Mars! This game has only a few drawbacks. 1. You get credits very slowly, but after a day you could get a lot. 2. Too much ads, but thankfully you can decide if you want to watch the ad or not. And that’s it! I have been playing for a number of years. It’s really addictive and doesn’t follow the same tune as most games of this kind. Where you have to wait in real time for things to get done. It’s very balanced and gives you the OPTION to watch ads to increase revenue/birthrate. It gives a bunch of opportunities to make more money and get free genesis points. Love how each planet has a different degree of difficulty, very enjoyable for science nerds if you’re into that stuff. Highly recommend. I’m add

The app keeps making me go out of it for some reason and I can’t play it anymore, also whenever I try to make a planet terraformed, it makes the planet turn black. Please fix this.

I just returned after about a year off, but have been playing for quite awhile. Probably one of the best games I’ve played. I’m a science nut with my head in the stars, and this game really resonates with my passion. I also love the additions that have been made since I was on last. Keep making this game great!
