Password reset nightmare

God forbid if you need to reset your password. The whole process is broken and keeps sending me back to the 1st step. On top of that, the so-called 24 hour call center will never pick up your calls. No support in other countries neither. How the most loved airlines has fallen in the past 20 years. This is just sad.

Personal information doesn’t match

The app and website have different birthdates in my account. The website has my correct birthdate but the app shows a different birthdate. Very strange, I’ve never seen this with any other airline I’ve flown. This will be my first time flying Thai air so I hope it’s just a glitch in their app and doesn’t affect my flight.

not able to add previous flights

I’m a frequent flyer and since the app has a previous flights section I thought I’d be able to add my older flights. However when I tried to do this I was always met with a message that said something went wrong. Hope this is fixed soon.
