The Academy: The First Riddle App Reviews

I bought this game when it still wasn’t free, but now I’m coming back and have paid for the no ads and yet I’m still getting ads…. Please help because I really enjoy this game.

I haven’t completely finished the game, but it is generally a good, fun, challenging game. The puzzles are unique and really make you think (or not think too much) to solve them. I will say one of the daily puzzle books that get left around campus is glitched for me and I’m unable to click on it so that is unfortunate. I see there hasn’t been an update in a couple of years so I’m not hopeful that will get resolved but other than that it’s overall a pretty fun game.

Gives off Hogwarts vibes and filled with brain teaser puzzles. My ONLY complaint would be the controls, specifically for walking/running. Maybe would help if there was a joystick type thing like in Disney Dreamlight valley?

On this game I think it's it fun and mysterious and boy, the puzzles and classes, it would be five stars only if the underground tunnel level thing worked. It's the level where all the rocks come down and you have to find someone under the rocks and I went straight where it told me to go In the rocks and it didn't work when I pressed it, can u fix this bug.

The game itself is good but ads pop up every 30 seconds you can’t get through anything. Super annoying.

I have an issue the same issue academy_lover had with being stuck in the basement and being able to walk through the debris, no lever to pull and the professor is nowhere and the task seems to be already finished and I cannot click on it , I am also stuck with another Sam that speaks as Tucker when I chat with him. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG I am so close to the end.

I bought the $4.99 for removable of ads and unlimited chocolates(even though I won’t use them) and to support the devs. The game is fun so far in chapter 1, but the issue is that I bought the $4.99 and i was told to went through successfully and it charged my account but I did not receive what was promised to me at all.

For Harry Potter fans, this game is pretty fun. The puzzles really get your mind working and there’s a world that you can explore. The controls are a little hard to maneuver on a small screen, but it’s manageable. There’s no app support—the last update was sometime in 2020. If you make an in app purchase it also doesn’t work. I tried to make a purchase to get unlimited chocolates and ads and the app just swallowed up my money. Still seeing ads.

I play and love this game but I want more chapters for free what if pepole don’t have a lot of money and there kid really wants the next chapter

I was attempting to finish the game when it glitched and I, as Sam, can see another Sam and it doesn’t move forward with the story. Game was going great till then.

I got far enough in to tell me it could be good but I was bored. Plus the controls on the iPad are terrible. It has potential, but it’s not for me.
