This is THE. BEST. THING I ever did to help me stay on budget while purchasing Christmas gifts. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been using this app for 12 years and it’s hands down the best app I’ve found to keep track of gifts. You can add multiple people to your buying list and add gifts that you want to purchase, along with gifts you’ve already bought. You can also keep track if they are wrapped, shipped, or received. You can also add pictures of each gift, which I find very helpful when keeping track of gifts. You can’t go wrong with this app.

I have been using The Christmas List since 2013 and I tell multiple people about it every year because I love it! It’s so easy to see what Christmas gifts I have purchased and still need to purchase, or if I’ve wrapped them already or if I’ve sent them to people. If you have a lot of people to buy for and ADHD, you need this app!

I could not live without this app, especially during Christmas time. Every person I’ve shown it to, which is been a lot, has ended up purchasing it. I have lots of people that I buy for every year, each of them receiving multiple gifts, and it keeps me so organized! This app is a no-brainer. Just buy it! You will be so glad you did.

I’ve been using this app for many many years, love it! It keeps track who gets what how much I spent where it comes from and then you can archive year to year if you’re curious to see how you’re spending is and what you gave. easy to use, put in a little info or a lot of info, whenever you wanna track.

I love this app. I compare it with other and this is so easy to use. Let you archive your gifts, very helpful when you don’t remember what you gave the previous years. The only missing thing is to export your list with prices. I could send the list to my sister of what she own me that I have bought.

This app has been my go-to for 5 years now, but it does not synch across my devices, that I can figure out anyway. That feature would be helpful bc I use my phone when not home and my iPad when I am.

I love this app at Christmas. I searched thru many apps and couldn't find one as easy to use and complete as this one. Once you set it up the way you want it, for example I can put my husband and kids in a group, stocking stuffers in another then have a list for all my siblings and the kids godparents

I really do love this app, I have used it for years. I would give it 5 stars except they got rid of the gift counter. I LOVED that feature and used it extensively. I would really like if it was added back.

Only way I can keep up with all the family gifts And other gifts I can stick in boxes according to group and pull after looking through my Inventory!

There are a lot of options out there, but this app has been just what I needed. It’s intuitive!It has multiple ways to enter gifts, there are options for purchased, wrapped & to do, and there are ways to see all items from each category per recipient or for all. Gifts can be archived year to year. It’s perfect!

I cannot survive the holidays without this app! I’ve used this app the past 10 Christmases- it keeps me on track and organized and can quickly monitor my purchases, budget, custom buying groups & archives my gift lists too. So intuitive and easy to use. Very UX friendly.

So easy to use. Just add the people you give gifts too and you can add ideas throughout the year! You can break people into any categories you want. We even have a Stocking category so I don’t forget what I get everyone! Have used this app for years and I love it!

I use this app every year and it helps me keep track of who I have bought presents for what I’ve gotten already how much money I’ve spent where I bought the item what else I need to get. I could then archive one year and start a new year it’s fantastic.

I used this app for years with no problems. I rely heavily on it for my holiday shopping. My issue now is I just purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro and all my other apps transferred seamlessly to my new phone except for Christmas. The app appeared on my new phone but all my data was gone! No record of people, gifts, prices,and the years of archived gifts are gone! I emailed the support team twice but haven’t heard from them. Please help me!

Very easy to use and fun. Lots of bells. You can add photos to the names. You can use as a beginner or advanced. Keeps shopping organized and I love the photo option! You have a visual of the purchases item. The lock features keeps the techie kids out. I like to see the feature to add copy of receipt and bar code recognition. All you do is zap and assign name!!! Makes Black Friday shopping that must faster! Must download won't be disappointed!

Been using it for years and love it!! Easy to keep track of what everyone is receiving, how much has been spent, and what is left to purchase. Love the archive feature to see what you bought someone in the past to ensure you’re not buying the same thing every year for your barber, teacher, etc.

Took the guesswork out of trying to remember gift ideas, what I’ve purchased, whether I’ve received it, and staying on budget. The archived lists are so helpful in remembering sizes, past gifts, and past budgets. Have used it the past 6-7 yrs and my only complaint is it not transferring archived data w/a phone upgrade. I know the creator told me it can be done but I’ve yet to be successful in doing so.

It’s functional but could be much better. I would like to be able to change the names of the status options, or select options. I’d like to have the status options be “idea”, “to buy” “ordered” “received” (to indicate that I received what I ordered), and finally “wrapped”. It’s more helpful to be able to track the fact that I ordered something and whether I received it and have it to give, than the fact that the recipient received the gift.

I have been using this for years and would be lost without it. Christmas shopping gets crazy and this allows me to categorize who I am buying for: work, yankee swap, nieces and nephews, my family etc. I can list where I bought each gift, or if I still have to buy the gift, and if it’s been delivered or not. Honestly my head would be spinning without this app. And it’s free!!

I’ve used this app a few years in a row. Love it-simple to use and keep track of everything. The one thing I would love to see is a way to track items that have been ordered but not yet received-perhaps an optional step after ToDo but before Wrapped. In the days of online ordering this is becoming more and more the norm. Thank you!

You were so kind to respond and tell me how to access the app…but now I cannot find your response among the hundreds of reviews. May I ask if you would please resend your response? I’ve used this app for several years. This year it will not accept my password to open. It’s the same password I’ve used every year. Now all my purchase history for our family of 28 (kids, grandkids, parents etc) CANNOT BE ACCESSED!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I’ve used this app for years now and it’s my favorite way to stay organized, especially when online shopping. Keeps me aware of my budget, prevents confusion as to what has arrived and what is still to come. Passcode protected so my kids don’t snoop!

Love this app…keeps me organized and helps me remember what I need to buy and what I bought. I had a question for the developer and emailed him Sunday morning…he responded in under 5 minutes. Wow..that’s awesome customer service!

I have used this app for years and it works great. I started off downloading a handful of like apps, and this one rose to the top. My only problem is that now, a few years and phones later, and I couldn’t do a whole phone transfer from my old to my new, and that’s when I found out that this app wasn’t syncing to iCloud for me to be able to restore from. Now, I’m restoring an old phone with an old backup in hopes that all of this years gift information can be recovered. 🤞🏼

This is my third year using this app. Very simple and easy to use. It makes it easy to get through the holiday season. I love the ability to add a photo of the gift. It makes it so much easier to remember. Worth every penny.

This app is great as long as you actually input the information and utilize its capability. The only thing I do wish is that it would give you a total budget cost of all groups you set up so there is a cumulative budget as well as the individual group budgets. Right now you have to individually add up the different group budgets to get what your cumulative budget is. I don’t know if the app developer reads any of these but if so, would you please add that capability to the app?

Helps me keep my sanity when buying Christmas gifts for my large family.

I’ve used this all for 3 or 4 years. It is great, and updates are spot on!

Update: STILL loving this app Very handy & extremely useful to keep track of what you’re getting who & how much is left to spend. When something you ordered arrives, you can look in the app if you forgot who you ordered it for. 😁

I love this app! I have one suggestion that would make this app even better. It would be nice to have a note section where you could note what gift you received from that person.

I’ve used this app for 5-6 years now. The archive feature helps you keep track for consistency one year to the next and avoid giving a duplicate gift. Love the status feature as well - purchased, wrapped, shipped, etc. all around great app.

Used to keep track of everything in a spreadsheet- now you can do it right on your phone.

I absolutely love this app. I’ve been using it since 2010 and really can’t say enough wonderful things about it. Until now. I got a new phone and for crazy reasons, had to reinstall all my apps from scratch rather than restore from a backup. There is no way to export data from Christmas list on the old phone so that I can import it on the new phone. And Support has not responded to my request. If I get an answer, I’ll let you know.
