I think it’s a nice pocket reference to keep you on track and remind you of the rules. It would be nice if the weight entry allowed you to use pounds but it’s no big deal converting to kg. I would like it better if there was recognition that you are on week 2 or 3,etc. and that there was additional advise instead of repeating the same instructions despite the week. But like I said, it’s like have notes in your pocket, a quick reference and a place to store your weight loss progress.
