I have made several purchases on-line and have been very pleased with the ease of use, especially with the product/item search. The only drawback is the delivery time to the house when it’s not in store inventory. But, I didn’t have an immediate need (a new drill for example) and it’s Free Delivery so no big deal.

I was looking for a specific kitchen faucet and found it at Home Depot! I was elated. It was simple to order, schedule a delivery and pay for the item. Home Depot is a great place to shop.

App works fairly well when it works. Seems to get hung up on adding things to cart and sometimes is not working at all, resulting in having to call store to order.

Bob was so very helpful in helping me place an on line order for a shower kit. He also checked another item and confirmed it was in stock and held it for me until the evening for pick up. He also answered a couple general questions about those items. Thank you Bob. Debi Thomas

I’m always finding those hard to get items at Home Depot. And better yet the item I’m looking for always ends up being better quality then I expected. And it’s easy to get my stuff cus I just order it straight from my phone and i get free delivery to my house, it doesn’t get much better then that for a nurse working 60 hours a week. I love the convenience and efficiency Home Depot is adding to my life. Thanks a lot

Great app! I use it to find things in store, to get product to my contractors in remote states, and to seek solutions. Really, if everyone put as much thought into their work as this app's developers have, it really would change the world. Too often we are told to pretend that we are just consumers. Things that function like this make us producers and give us the opportunity to put more hope in the world.

Quick, efficient, easy

I wanted to see if I could get a Starlite Creations 12 ft 36 LED light red ribbon. It was difficult to find in the search engine. I was getting nowhere until I tried searching for a less descriptive item. It took about 15 minutes to find the item. Have the search engine improved.

I must say that it’s great shopping here plus the workers are always helpful!

Home Depot always has great deals. I really like these deals where you get a free tool with purchase of 2 batteries. Ps please pick me on the next $5000 give away.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for decades. I always am provided with great customer service. We have purchased everything from custom kitchen cabinets and appliances down to all of our lawn care products, mowers and edgers. Merchandise is of great quality at a very competitive price. Another great thing is they honor the military members and veterans by providing a military discount.

It is a little confusing while using PayPal…What steps are next because when you think you’re finished with the checkout process you’re not! I had to go through the process three times before I realize there was one more final step!

Ordering was great except you carry the posts but not the 4’ fencing for the u-posts and I had to order it from another store.

The new military discount program is no longer a thank you for your service. It is a very restricted marketing program.

For some time now I cannot access my lists. It does not matter where i am, at home on wifi, at home on cell network, at the store on cell network, or at the store on your wifi. BTW it works fine on iPad, iPhone browser and pc.

Nice app but it always freezes. Using an iPhone 13 Pro MAX. You need to close then it work. This is like 60-40 percent of the time.

Their web experience is really good, even trying to find something in the store it tells you exactly where to go. Having been in the web technology world my whole career, I can honestly say they look at their app from the shopping customers point of view, and the e-commerce experience is excellent as well.

Having the aisle and shelf number is very nice. However the app is pretty slow.

This app works pretty well, and easy enough to navigate around. However, I have two requests, though: First request is to have Two-Factor Authentication built into not only the app, but the website, as well. Second request is having the ability to pay via Apple Pay through this app, online, as well as in store. Even though PayPal is a welcoming alternative, I still think that Apple and Google’s payment system is more secure, and easier to use.

Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store because whatever I need Home Depot ALWAYS seems to be reading my mind lol, and having WHAT I need WHEN I need it.
