I love the website.

Doesn’t appear to have any way to get the veterans discount when buying online. Please make a change to allow for this.

Please add a split payment option. It would be helpful to have two ways to pay on a balance for different payment methods, such as a portion with PayPal and debit card etc..

My iPad doesn’t like the app. If I move from the app to a website, I am not returned to the last page visited on the app.

Very easy to both find and purchase what I need for pickup.

I needed to get the weight so I could have it delivered to our mail room at my condominium. I couldn’t find the weight of the specifications on the website so I called the number and they asked me if it was Windows or counters I said Windows and they said do I want to take a survey after the car I said yes instead of a call I got the survey I did that three times. So now I have to go to store delivery pick up because they won’t take anything over 30 pounds at the mail room. And I don’t know how

Hope they deliver it when they said

Signing on was a chore as the app couldn’t decide between thumbprint or email sign on. Boo

Thank you Home Depot for adding the Military Discount to on-line orders. Both my husband and I served, and we appreciate Home Depot’s consideration of Veterans.

Too many suggestions for items related to the ordered one. Very confusing, should be improved.

Easy too order

This table was for sale at the military exchange for $250. Amazon had the table yet it was more expensive because I get the 10% military at Home Depot. I will make good use of the stainless steel table for measuring my fish and cutting the fish fillet.

Wish they would accept Apple Pay but otherwise a great app

I was forced to check out with PayPal because neither of the checkout buttons would take me to checkout. I was using an iPad.

Crashes and locks up frequently, which annoys the crap outa me. Its 2023, look at your darn crash reports and fix that crap!

The Home Depot App is incredibly easy to use and to navigate. The in store function is helpful as well. If only all apps were this good.

I have made several purchases on-line and have been very pleased with the ease of use, especially with the product/item search. The only drawback is the delivery time to the house when it’s not in store inventory. But, I didn’t have an immediate need (a new drill for example) and it’s Free Delivery so no big deal.

I was looking for a specific kitchen faucet and found it at Home Depot! I was elated. It was simple to order, schedule a delivery and pay for the item. Home Depot is a great place to shop.

App works fairly well when it works. Seems to get hung up on adding things to cart and sometimes is not working at all, resulting in having to call store to order.

Bob was so very helpful in helping me place an on line order for a shower kit. He also checked another item and confirmed it was in stock and held it for me until the evening for pick up. He also answered a couple general questions about those items. Thank you Bob. Debi Thomas
