Buying online with the stadium Home Depot in Tampa, FL 33607 was perfect, easy, accurate and a great experience. I will do this again.

Always having to log in every time I use the app especially in store. Enter password. Enter code. Enter code again. Change password. Enter new password. Enter code. Had to ask for new code. Emailed code. Just let me access my information on my phone.

Clunky, unnecessarily complicated

I love the Depot for all things hardware and tools since they started delivering, prices are good and selection is great! One here before Amazon now! Go Home Depot!

Doesn’t appear to have any way to get the veterans discount when buying online. Please make a change to allow for this.

Please add a split payment option. It would be helpful to have two ways to pay on a balance for different payment methods, such as a portion with PayPal and debit card etc..

My iPad doesn’t like the app. If I move from the app to a website, I am not returned to the last page visited on the app.

Very easy to both find and purchase what I need for pickup.

I needed to get the weight so I could have it delivered to our mail room at my condominium. I couldn’t find the weight of the specifications on the website so I called the number and they asked me if it was Windows or counters I said Windows and they said do I want to take a survey after the car I said yes instead of a call I got the survey I did that three times. So now I have to go to store delivery pick up because they won’t take anything over 30 pounds at the mail room. And I don’t know how

Signing on was a chore as the app couldn’t decide between thumbprint or email sign on. Boo

Easy too order

This table was for sale at the military exchange for $250. Amazon had the table yet it was more expensive because I get the 10% military at Home Depot. I will make good use of the stainless steel table for measuring my fish and cutting the fish fillet.

Wish they would accept Apple Pay but otherwise a great app

The search functionality in this app is horrendous. Each time I try to enter a search string, it does not search and I end up having to restart the app and select it from the recent searches.

I’m writing this review because I’m so fed up with this app. I love Home Depot and I frequent it a lot. At one time the app use to work fine but as of the last 6-8 months I cannot get it to do literally anything! It constantly freezes and won’t load, and it won’t let me search anything! It just gives me options of things to search. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and it didn’t fix it. It’s still doing the same thing. It seriously needs an update or rework.

I ordered this part and need it right away and they didn’t offer a rush order. Also when i went to check my order it said i canceled it and i didn’t. I’ve reordered the item twice got conformation and it again said i canceled. I need the part for my furnace it’s 15 degrees out and we have no heat. the parts won’t deliver until the 9th and today is the 2nd of January. Very upsetting.

Super frustrating that using search within the app brings up results that do nothing when clicked. Using this app regularly ends up with me in frustration going to the competing store (L) app to find items. I’m amazed that HD allows this inferior app for their business.
