App. Thank you.

Webmaster, there are glitches in Premium Access. Your last update was five months ago! That should be more often please. Page still reloads while I’m logging in, so it takes 3 tries to do so. When I want to comment on an article, I am prompted to log in, even though I’m already logged in. Please fix!

QUESTION: are comments turned OFF currently? Have I lost access for some reason that wasn’t shared with me? The app has so many flaws. Forced reloads if you switch apps briefly. Connectivity loss. The comments text field is a mess.

Adds are blocking the opening of the app on iPhones

The Jerusalem Post has some of the most quality journalism in Israel if not the most quality. However, due to a glitch where the screen often suddenly turns white, which won’t go away unless you close out of the app then go back in, it is impossible to comfortably read an article. Please fix this so we can enjoy your journalism!! It happens every two seconds!

Have to reload app about every 4 weeks but otherwise it’s a good news source .

Good English news content from Israel, but the app is a constant frustration. I pay for premium access, yet the app never remembers the fact that I’ve logged in already. To make matters worse the login page doesn’t directly accept credentials from the Apple Passwords app. Very annoying!

Some articles totally fake Damaging to Israel

I have the app and pay for it. I try to comment and it makes me login, which i was not successful doing. Really? I tap the app , read , but cant comment? May unsubscribe, make it easy for me as a paying customer, not harder
