Why is it every time I earn free coins or points do they disappear for?

Hey been playing this game for years just played last night and now tonight it started downloading content . Its finished now but when I hit play it freezes on the chapters or levels screen. Why!?!!

Thank you, developers for fixing the game. I was able to finally get some game pieces on the board and be able to finish the game yesterday after 12 days. Thank you, thank you thank you There is a problem with level 1930. I’ve been on this game for days and can’t get past it. As soon as it moves to the next screen it doesn’t have any matches and then it does a twister and then it starts and then takes you back to the replay screen again. When it goes to look at the ad, you don’t get the 3 moves

Game is becoming so boring with all these ads, that seem to never end. Also not consistent with the 3 extra moves when you really need them. Driving me nuts. Fix the issue. Always runs out of games.

Why must I go through at least 5-6 screens of side games before I can play? It’s so annoying and they’re not easily dismissed. Been playing this game too long for these distractions. Maybe I’m finally at the delete stage.

I love playing this game, but it’s so annoying to exit out of all the promotions and limited content in order to get to the actual game. Stop with the pop ups!
