I really struggle with tasks if they aren’t scheduled. I’ve tried telling myself that I will do a certain task each week/day, but haven’t really succeeded for more than a week. It’s been a month already, and it’s helped not only get me to do tasks regularly, but also motivated me to take additional time to complete other tasks I have not yet scheduled. I don’t feel reprimanded if I forget a day, it just reminds me the next day that I have that task to do.

I've used so many to do list apps and have finally found one that works so smoothly for me. Hands down the best and I'm so glad I don't have to switch to another to do list app ever again! Oh and it has helped so much with the mental load! 👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼

I've been looking for a digital planner that meets my needs. I have different roles in life, but none are in corporate America. TickTick ends my months long search. It allows me to write every detail down and schedule my life in a way that is user-friendly. I love how I can set reminders and have an accurate glance at each day. My search is over. TickTick is the way.

But keep running into security and privacy concerns about the company not being in the US/EU. While I can trust the developers, I am also concerned that they are in China, where the government can swoop in to take over any company, let alone a small team. The app is using all the said industry standard protocols to keep data secure and private, but what happens in the code is opaque. Address this concern and you have me (and likely many more) as customer.

All in all, this app helps me remember those items I enter. It’s not always the most intuitive app, in terms of its operation but I’ve managed to adapt it to my needs.

Love the app functionality! Just wish it was a bit more “visual” or aesthetically pleasing! My brain works by visuals and color choices etc.!! Hoping for more options in the future and I’d gladly upgrade! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Extremely useful. It has almost all the features you want in a productivity app. Additionally, you can get really far with just the free version.

I have tried SO many of these productivity apps… trust me, these guys have it all, and do it very well. My only wish is that they’d change the branding… that was the ONLY thing that I hesitated to pay for it initially. Because it looks “cheap”

I required a cross-platform task manager to replace Things and this has fit the bill for me. It does take some manipulating of filters etc for the app to behave in a way that fits the model my brain is expecting from a task manager, but once it is set up, it has been excellent on all of my devices. I recommend it.

This app is phenomenal and the developers are fantastic. One of my most widely used apps. I recommend this to everyone.

I have been using ticktick 4 years and the yearly subscription is well worth it. The team is consistently putting out new updates (7.0 features look great, I like the smoother UI look) I’m never switching to another To do app. One suggestion is to add more background themes/colors.

Why doesn't the "Show Details" & Show Completed" options work for different lists separately? When I select those options, it applies to all lists. For example I want to have only one of my lists with details and not the others, it's not possible !!

I’ve tried a lot of to-do list apps and this is by far the best. I wanted an app where notes could live next to task lists so that I could have checklists and procedures with my tasks. I tried Notion for a while, but its to-do list options are no where near ticktick’s. And ticktick’s notes are just right for my purposes.

I’ve been using TickTick for years it’s been the most amazing, productive that I have And it’s my most used app.

When I learned Wunderlist was going away, I quickly searched for a replacement. I tried 2 other tools, Todoist and Microsoft’s tool. Had issues with both and they weren’t as intuitive as TickTick. I started with the free version but quickly upgraded to an annual subscription due to the additional features. I have over 200 lists, and these help keep my professional and personal life in order. I highly recommend this tool!

Best To-do list. I’ve tried others and this one is the best for me. I usually quit using these apps, but not this time. I use it for work and personal, but separately as I don’t mix the two. No need to use pro version, but there’s benefits in doing so.

The best task manager app I’ve ever used—and over the years I’ve tried and subscribed-to maybe 15-20 of the usual suspects. TickTick developed great apps for my Mac, PC and iOS, with great Google Calendar integration (tasks appear on my calendar). Stable, versatile, zero problems, perfect synchronization, no down time. I’ve been using the paid version for quite some time. Highly recommended. ---------------- Edit: STILL the best to-do task manager.

Finally an life organizer/productivity app that I actually use! Simple and intuitive to learn and navigate. Great for developing new habits. My favorite part is the to do list matrix.

I think this app is so great. It makes me prioritize my items and spread them out so I know exactly what I have to do and when I have to do it. I would be lost without this app. Highly recommend and it’s free

What a perfect combination of ease of use with diverse task management options. Having already heavily invested in some of the more robust and costly task management systems and also feeling how short some of the simple To Do systems are - Tick Tick is the PERFECT fit!

It’s like the perfect solution. Finding this app allowed me to drop 4 separate apps for one which is perfect ! Planner, calendar sync , folders , tags, habits! You name it ! One stop shop

I have been struggling to remember the small tasks and this app really is perfect for me for a little reminder to do certain daily tasks and is great for scheduling yearly work and random one off jobs. I fully expect in a year for this app to be on autopilot for all my repeat tasks. Very minimal layout as well.

Amazing and simplistic but can do 90% of the stuff- And inexpensive too. Some things I find missing - . Sync between desktop and iOS . Issues with calendar sync . Future Recurring events don't show up in inbox . Can't merge tasks into sub tasks . Keyboard shortcuts are a little glitchy Still one of the best apps for managing your life!

Really slick app that enables me to retain the giant and ever growing todo list while focusing on just what I can do today. Perfect for the attention regulation impaired. I had the app as a widget on my Home Screen so I could see my daily lists. After the recent update, it’s no longer working. I pay for the premium version too. Can the team please fix this?
