45 Positive User Reviews for TickTick:To-Do List & Calendar
I use TickTick for general household management. It links to my Cozi family calendar and to iPhone reminders and allows me to keep track of appointments as well as weekly, monthly, and one-off chores. I love the habit tracker and pretty much everything about this app!
Simple. Clean. Effective. I like this app, it’s not overly flashy with tons of animations and reminders. It does what I want it to do. I do the yearly membership, it’s worth it for the price for me.
so far so good, but now what you gotta do with AI
This is the software I’ve been looking for for years
Help keeps me motivated and organized
Всё норм, работает как надо
I can go ahead and compare the app with other To-Do apps I have used earlier. But, I think what makes Tick Tick a great app is not the to do part but the additional layers built on top of the classic To-Do list. Some of my favorites were: 1. Eisenhower matrix: might look trivial until we try it. Extremely helpful when you are juggling a lot of tasks. 2. Automatically syncs my calendar events: I’ve stopped checking my calendar unless I’m adding a new event. 3. Habit tracker: a neat addition which
Amazing app for productivity.
This is exactly what I was looking for in a task tracking and note taking app. Great ways to customize views, separating my work and home to do lists while still being able to see them, sweet calendar integration and excellent note taking features. Also has habit tracker, which means I can plan my day against all my to do lists and habits I’m trying to improve. Apps for all Apple devices is the cherry on top. Super satisfied and don’t think I’ll be switching anytime soon
Just getting started but much more featured than Todoist. Importing from reminders was simple. Just follow import options.
Love the way it has AI transcription for voice memos. Sync of all calendars is huge. Been looking for something like this for awhile.
Very functional !
Always surprises me with excellent quality improvements!
I really struggle with tasks if they aren’t scheduled. I’ve tried telling myself that I will do a certain task each week/day, but haven’t really succeeded for more than a week. It’s been a month already, and it’s helped not only get me to do tasks regularly, but also motivated me to take additional time to complete other tasks I have not yet scheduled. I don’t feel reprimanded if I forget a day, it just reminds me the next day that I have that task to do.
I've used so many to do list apps and have finally found one that works so smoothly for me. Hands down the best and I'm so glad I don't have to switch to another to do list app ever again! Oh and it has helped so much with the mental load! 👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼
I've been looking for a digital planner that meets my needs. I have different roles in life, but none are in corporate America. TickTick ends my months long search. It allows me to write every detail down and schedule my life in a way that is user-friendly. I love how I can set reminders and have an accurate glance at each day. My search is over. TickTick is the way.
Updated review. Simply the best. I’ve tried them all. Much better calendar than others. Easy. More intuitive. And far more flexibility.
It makes sure so get all my tasks done and I never forget anything In the morning
But keep running into security and privacy concerns about the company not being in the US/EU. While I can trust the developers, I am also concerned that they are in China, where the government can swoop in to take over any company, let alone a small team. The app is using all the said industry standard protocols to keep data secure and private, but what happens in the code is opaque. Address this concern and you have me (and likely many more) as customer.
All in all, this app helps me remember those items I enter. It’s not always the most intuitive app, in terms of its operation but I’ve managed to adapt it to my needs.
Helps me so much, I love it. <3
Tried em all. If you have ADHD and need to get thoughts, tasks, events, whatever out of your head and into a space that you can come back to later, download the app.
and light grey on white -not a fan! (iphone) $35premium way to expensive, im looking for a simple reminder ohne firle fanz. why log in? has some decisuon help eisenhower matrix or countdount instead of due -date. will try.
Love the app functionality! Just wish it was a bit more “visual” or aesthetically pleasing! My brain works by visuals and color choices etc.!! Hoping for more options in the future and I’d gladly upgrade! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
As a solo entrepreneur and business owner, my life doesn’t run properly without TickTick. The end.
Should definitely get!! Switched over from everything and it was great!
I have used many organization app and this one is the best by far. Very user friendly and intuitive. I highly recommend it.
All features are very well thought out and very useful
Extremely useful. It has almost all the features you want in a productivity app. Additionally, you can get really far with just the free version.
I can finally delete my other to do apps.
I have tried SO many of these productivity apps… trust me, these guys have it all, and do it very well. My only wish is that they’d change the branding… that was the ONLY thing that I hesitated to pay for it initially. Because it looks “cheap”
I required a cross-platform task manager to replace Things and this has fit the bill for me. It does take some manipulating of filters etc for the app to behave in a way that fits the model my brain is expecting from a task manager, but once it is set up, it has been excellent on all of my devices. I recommend it.
This app is phenomenal and the developers are fantastic. One of my most widely used apps. I recommend this to everyone.
I have been using ticktick 4 years and the yearly subscription is well worth it. The team is consistently putting out new updates (7.0 features look great, I like the smoother UI look) I’m never switching to another To do app. One suggestion is to add more background themes/colors.
Why doesn't the "Show Details" & Show Completed" options work for different lists separately? When I select those options, it applies to all lists. For example I want to have only one of my lists with details and not the others, it's not possible !!
I’ve tried a lot of to-do list apps and this is by far the best. I wanted an app where notes could live next to task lists so that I could have checklists and procedures with my tasks. I tried Notion for a while, but its to-do list options are no where near ticktick’s. And ticktick’s notes are just right for my purposes.
A scheduling app where I can check off everything (calendar items and not just TODOs). Thank you!
Couldn’t ask for much better for task management
I’m enjoying this app. It works well for me and gets the job done.
I’ve been using TickTick for years it’s been the most amazing, productive that I have And it’s my most used app.
When I learned Wunderlist was going away, I quickly searched for a replacement. I tried 2 other tools, Todoist and Microsoft’s tool. Had issues with both and they weren’t as intuitive as TickTick. I started with the free version but quickly upgraded to an annual subscription due to the additional features. I have over 200 lists, and these help keep my professional and personal life in order. I highly recommend this tool!
Best To-do list. I’ve tried others and this one is the best for me. I usually quit using these apps, but not this time. I use it for work and personal, but separately as I don’t mix the two. No need to use pro version, but there’s benefits in doing so.
Exceptional helper for every life aspect for almost 2 years. And keep going.
This app is amazing for productivity and organizing your life can’t go a day without using it
1 Negative User Reviews for TickTick:To-Do List & Calendar
I had the app as a widget on my Home Screen so I could see my daily lists. After the recent update, it’s no longer working. I pay for the premium version too. Can the team please fix this?
