Have to use this at work and have pretty consistent issues. My biggest gripe right now is that this just destroys my battery life. A day at work per my phone uses up over 20% of my entire battery, not considering usual use or any other apps. Literally just this not super reliable app. Messages go missing and you miss stuff easily.
How does an app not have dark mode in 2024? Yet it’s on desktop? Makes no sense.
I am a supervisor in medical travel, we use this application to keep everyone updated about m travel cases, reach out to providers. But the phone app is extremely slow… my messages are a day behind. So it’s hard for me to stay updated with my team if I am not at work.
Overall good option for HIPAA compliant communication for healthcare teams. I feel like a few of these added features would improve efficent use… 1. Be able to mark messages as unread 2. Pin important messages to the top of a group 3. Be able to schedule out texts for announcements to teams/groups 4. Allow others to acknowledge messages with thumbs up or down without notications to reduce chatter /notifications in groups.
Hate how the notifications continue to persist despite opening all messages, exiting from app, etc. It drains phone battery not to mention is incredibly annoying. Please fix!
For as high prices as they charge organizations you’d think after years they could figure out how to resolve the Ghost Pinging every 2 minutes. I have no notifications unread but my TigerConmect surely will notify me every 2 minutes that I have none. Only resolution is Deleting the app entirely, reauthorizing your phone with login and hoping it fixed. Otherwise you need to connect with support so they can clear your unread notifications which could take hours to hear back from them.
I still get notifications even when on DND please address this issue it is very frustrating.
I think the notifications for this app are very overwhelming. When you get one message and you don’t answer right away, you will keep getting a notification every ten seconds letting you know you have a unread message. It’s annoying and unnecessary especially when you’re driving. It’s to the point where I have to turn. My notifications off for this App. Please fix this nuisance.
