It’s 2025: Add the option to quote messages and being able to @ people within a group.

The biggest drawback to this app is that you do not get audible notifications if your phone is connected to CarPlay.

Please add a “confirm call” screen or way to disable in app calling so my fat thumb, buttock or left nipple will stop making errant phone calls

please add the feature to where you can react to messages. sometimes it’s much more simple to put a reaction to know you’ve seen the message or as a “response” at least a smiley face option or a thumbs up.

Having been in medicine I went from pagers to eventually using Tiger Connect (originally Tiger Text). When it works it’s great, allowing me to securely message other TC users and even receive X-rays and other photos easily. Unfortunately the service isn’t always reliable and I end up getting messages hours later (if at all), and lately even after viewing a message it continues to alert me that I have unread messages. Very annoying!

Have to use this at work and have pretty consistent issues. My biggest gripe right now is that this just destroys my battery life. A day at work per my phone uses up over 20% of my entire battery, not considering usual use or any other apps. Literally just this not super reliable app. Messages go missing and you miss stuff easily.

How does an app not have dark mode in 2024? Yet it’s on desktop? Makes no sense.

I am a supervisor in medical travel, we use this application to keep everyone updated about m travel cases, reach out to providers. But the phone app is extremely slow… my messages are a day behind. So it’s hard for me to stay updated with my team if I am not at work.

Overall good option for HIPAA compliant communication for healthcare teams. I feel like a few of these added features would improve efficent use… 1. Be able to mark messages as unread 2. Pin important messages to the top of a group 3. Be able to schedule out texts for announcements to teams/groups 4. Allow others to acknowledge messages with thumbs up or down without notications to reduce chatter /notifications in groups.

Customer service told us to reinstall the app anytime this happens. I had to reinstall twice in 3 months. And why have a watch app when you can’t view the message on your watch?

It’s so bad. It’s so slow. I hate it

This is a medical app. You would think it would recognize medical words and not autocorrect them. If it’s because of the phone, the app should still recognize these words. Plus there’s no or poor integration with Epic/Haiku. Just slows down efficiency in all aspects.

keeps signing off automatically

There is a glitch on TigerText that causes the app to suddenly start sending pages for an “unread message” that doesn’t exist. I’ve tried clicking on every message again, having someone else take over the pager and transfer it back, but nothing can be done to get rid of the page. You will be stuck with a pager ringing off indefinitely every couple of minutes, all day and night, until you uninstall the app and redownload it. Once reinstalled, the “new message” will be a message you already read d

Hate how the notifications continue to persist despite opening all messages, exiting from app, etc. It drains phone battery not to mention is incredibly annoying. Please fix!

For as high prices as they charge organizations you’d think after years they could figure out how to resolve the Ghost Pinging every 2 minutes. I have no notifications unread but my TigerConmect surely will notify me every 2 minutes that I have none. Only resolution is Deleting the app entirely, reauthorizing your phone with login and hoping it fixed. Otherwise you need to connect with support so they can clear your unread notifications which could take hours to hear back from them.

I still get notifications even when on DND please address this issue it is very frustrating.

I think the notifications for this app are very overwhelming. When you get one message and you don’t answer right away, you will keep getting a notification every ten seconds letting you know you have a unread message. It’s annoying and unnecessary especially when you’re driving. It’s to the point where I have to turn. My notifications off for this App. Please fix this nuisance.
