It is so much better than other planner apps that I have tried. Very underrated The only issue I experience is the pricing, there are different ones. It would be nice to explain the differences.
I had this app when it first came out. Way before I knew I had ADHD; way before symptoms have become this severe. One day I just stopped using the app because my life became faster and different and I wasn’t focused on my health and wellness. Fast fwd: I’ve tried a few apps over the past year or so and nothing was really helpful. I could not remember the name of this app but I remembered how great it was for me. This app was the only thing working for me. It made me feel good. I’m so happy I stu
- a way to change order of checklists within your current task (from the right now screen without having to tap on it) - also maybe making an abillity to send finished tasks to the bottom automatically. But seriously have loved this app so far it has helped me a lot.
I really wanted to love this app :( I wanted it to be easy to set my days and create a better way of following it. There's something off about the flow this app creates. I would highly suggest an import function for the Reminders app that Apple has. This is the best thing about the "Structured" app. I can easily just ask Siri to add a reminder to my day while I'm driving or shopping into a specific list which will then automatically sync into the inbox on structured for me to drag and drop int
So I love this app it’s great for getting yourself organized and helping me manage my time. It really is a great tool especially for those with adhd. I liked this app so much I bought an Apple Watch (series 9). I wanted to be able to get Tiimo notifications without the distractions of the phone. Very few of the watch faces offer the Tiimo complication (not sure if this is even in the tiimo teams power but it’s still a bummer). Every now and then I have to re-add the complication bc it turned i
It helps so much and it is so organized and helpful I am such a better version of myself I love the lessons it teaches so well but I do not love that you have to pay for some things but other wise this app is amazing it even helped me with my new years goals. Love ❤️ this app
Diagnosed late in life. So many things ingrained in my thinking that I now know are caused by my neurodivergent brain. Between seeking help from a neuropsychologist and therapist and finding Tiimo, I am beginning to feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel! I found Tiimo by accident and am staying for the amazing support from staff, and the classes, and the Body Doubling sessions, and the calendar and the gentle nudges from the app that are helping me see things in a totally different w
The Apple Watch version of this app needs to be fixed! I have tried hundreds of times to put Tiimo on my watch faces but my schedule does not show or it disappears and I have to manually go back into my Apple Watch app and put Tiimo back onto one of my watch faces. I’m tired of doing this! I love the app but I NEED it to work on my Apple Watch so I can just look down and view my schedule on my watch! PLEASE FIX!!!
Waaaay too much clutter. Literally triggers my distraction. The learn and explore tabs are unnecessary and distracting. Kinda regret paying for this.
I haven’t been using it for long but from what I have experienced so far it’s an excellent resource for time management education and people with adhd, ocd etc. Thank you to the developers for creating such a useful resource!
Great app! I really appreciated it. It has helped me be able to schedule my day and make sure I do at least a little work out everyday and complete chores.
I love this app so much it’s so perfect
As I use this more, I see that the app needs a few changes. For example, all-day events do not need a countdown timer to run for the entirety of the event. This should be an option in settings.
For whatever reason this scheduling/ organizing app appeals to my brain more than any other similar app I’ve tried (prob most of what’s out there). The programming takes a little to get used to, yet it’s more intuitive than the other executive functioning apps. Loads of other content beside just the scheduling aspect too. Def worth the $.
This app needs more for people with other neurodivergent disorders like sensory processing disorder or autism , most of the apps like this seem only geared toward ADHD which is fine if you have that but not if you don’t
I feel so organized when I use this app . I have my day planned down to the second it also keeps me on task . Most important thing is that my day is planned out so I don’t have to do more work later on scheduling.
Great app—has really allowed me to master time management. However, last night and today it has not been allowing me to plan, even after I press save. Hoping this gets fixed soon.
I’m liking the app. The only problem I’ve come across is that when I’m doing a routine, I click on the first task finished, then goes to the second one. When I click on the second one, it just marks all of them like done or marks them except for the last one, and I just have like 2 minutes left for that last task. It is extremely annoying and frustrating.
I just started using it and I’ve already made so much progress
Searching for icons doesn’t work and the Apple Watch text is pretty tiny.
Used to love this app but lately it’s become more difficult to use. There’s no place I can find to search to add previous activities, only new ones which was something I used quite frequently but can’t find it anymore. Adding activities in general is more difficult as well. If there’s some way to add activities by searching previously added ones that I’m missing please let me know. But as of late this app has been increasingly more difficult to use unfortunately. And I would recommend it to ever
I love this app! I like that I can just import my calendar in and barely have to do anything. AI comes up with the how of my to-dos and it’s amazing! I’m definitely going to blog about how amazing it is!
Ok so I had a entire schedule planed out and on the app and now it’s gone it’s very confusing and I can’t figure it out and I need this problem to be fixed by tomorrow if so bc I’m starting school and that’s why I have this app so I can control my time
It’s just too confusing then what i’d like it to be, thought it was meant for more simple minded thinkers but i personally prefer a more simpler app 🤷♀️
The sound isn’t working on any of the videos
I’m autistic and struggle with changing routines all the time, so time has really helped me take time to break down my tasks and stay focused on one thing at a time. It has especially helps with getting ready in the morning. I do think it would be nice though if you could tell it some things about you and it could give suggestions based off of your personal experiences and preferences.
It is a wonderful app but most features are locked behind a paywall
I greatly appreciate this app. The reviews is what sparked me to try it out and with the recent updates and bug fixes I am truly satisfied with the outcome of this app. It really keeps me mindful of what needs to be done and with the pamodoro implemented into it, it really helps me out a lot. Anyone with ADHD or problems with time management should give this app a try and with the endless customization with colors, emojis, light and dark mode you won’t regret it.
I like this app, when the app complications refresh properly it’s wonderful. I’m writing this from the POV of an Apple Watch user who needs a visual reminder on what’s left on the current task. The complication doesn’t refresh properly and I have to swipe to a different watch face, wait for three seconds and then swipe back to the watch face that has the Tiimo complication on it. I’ve emailed the devs and they are responsive. However, it doesn’t seem like the Apple Watch complication is a priori
This app is really great. It helps me organize my day and not become overwhelmed by things. One improvement I would recommend for it is to have the notes sync between devices. Right now, my iPad and my phone have different notes/to do lists. It’s a little overwhelming so I actually stopped using that feature.
I love this app or the time I had it but if I try to add more to my schedule it pops up the premium when I don’t what the premium so that’s my only problem with this app but other than that it’s really good
I’m trying to let myself take it all in little by little. Each day I add a new item to use on the app and it’s been extremely useful. This is the app I dreamed that I had when I was in middle school and high school 💛 so happy. I hope it sticks and works for the long haul.
I have ADHD, and this app is an absolute godsend. I could not function as well as I do now without it. I’ve been using it for years and it keeps getting better. Thank you so much for making this wonderful app!
I’m a week in and I’m obsessed. This is the calendar I’ve always needed. I’m a creative strategist juggling four clients and lots of details/ideas/meetings. Not to mention I’m a mom of two…this has helped me actually SEE and REMEMBER what’s happening when.
This app has changed my life. I have struggled with executive functioning extensively and this app has changed the game. I am able to stay more focused, remember to do things, be less stressed about the time, and actually get things done. This app is definitely a bit buggy, although it is slowly improving. I can’t wait to see all the new features that are planned.
I used this app for a week and it is so good a use mine for stream on twitch and YouTube and it does it job
This app is amazing but it has one big problem. the time is always messed up. the mess up of the am and pm is so frustrating. i’ll set it for am but then it is always at the wrong time and i can’t seem to get it right. it adds stress to what should be helping me.
but definitely needs a lifetime purchase option! please add that!
So far I’m loving it! I wish Tiimo also offered lifetime plan so I don’t have to worry about the subscriptions, like Forest, PomodoroToDo, and other focus timers.
I can’t get through an (organized) day without Tiimo. It’s beyond helpful for neurodivergent people like me.
I need to see things to remember to do them, which is exactly why I was happy to see that this app has widgets. They don't work for me though, they're just plain black squares on my screen. I worry all my in-depth planning and checklist making may go to waste because of this alone.
I have ADHD, and this app is an absolute godsend. I’ve been using it for years and it keeps getting better!
I love it but I wish the watch app functioned better. If my phone isn’t next to me it won’t connect
Clean, minimal interface which helps with making tasks quickly. I’ve noticed that the app still has occasional bugs where views don’t update or it crashes entirely. That said it’s still a great app to plan routines with.
I paid 100 bucks for a life time subscription, but I stopped using the app for quite a while because where I was at in life I didn’t have anything I really needed to keep track of, now that I do I have logged back into the app to seee that my lifetime subscription is gone and they want me to psst for a new, I don’t wanna claim to have been ripped off but.. I kinda was? Like it’s the same account and I’m logged in using the same credentials as when I made the purchase so why has my subscription d
