The latest update has a minor bug that I have noticed. It turns off any audio playing in the background when opening the app. cannot listen to music or an audiobook while playing the game. otherwise, I really enjoy the app and game.

I get ads…but this one locks up your pad for over a minute and won’t clear. Very frustrating!

This is my go to when I can’t sleep at night, but at times the screen is so BRRIIGHT! I wish it had a dark mode!! Other than that, love the game. At first it seemed super easy, almost too easy but as I leveled up it became more challenging. I refuse to use the revive or any of the cheats for the most part, so one level to me a whole month to get past!! I enjoy it.. Please add a dark mode!!

This game is fun and helps me relax but there is literally an ad after every single level and they’re really annoying to skip and super time consuming. Sometimes it takes me longer to play and exit an ad than it does to actually play said level.

Love this game - relaxing and challenging at the same time. Would give 5 stars if it had a feature to clear the final tiles itself once puzzle is solved. Otherwise, I could play this game for hours!

I really like this game. I can’t figure out how to play the challenges/tournaments but I’m fine with that. The main game is very easy and relaxing to play. I believe I’ve had this app for 4 years and still log in every day. Very inexpensive to play. Only commercials are by choice to double your wins. You can easily play offline. Besides not figuring out the live challenges, I have absolutely zero complaints!

Crashes after a certain level. Keep having to restart

The ads are loud and often. Your phone is muted and then ***bam*** ad that is super loud. Some ads you can mute, but most you cannot. Even ones you mute, will unmute at the end. Most of the ads are 30 secs to 1 minute. I love the game, but it is rarely worth it. Gave it up for a year, will have to do it again. Just too much

The game started out great. But then the game started lagging and it would close me out of the game

Do you have to have ads between games. Fix this so I don’t have deleted all my work just to start over

It was working fine until the app would close in the middle of the game. I deleted and reloaded it so we will see f that does the trick. I play the game on my iPad so I turn off Wi-Fi(or airplane mode) and get no ads.

Love the game and strategy to solve. However, it keeps crashing. Looking for creator to fix this bug.

I love this game a lot but the app closes out while I’m playing and it’s very irritating, I don’t have a problem with anything else. I’ve tried closing and reopening the app but it doesn’t work. Every time I think it’s okay to play it closes out on me again, please fix this so I can enjoy the game.

this is actually my favorite game to play, but it now randomly closes the game while i’m playing. please fix this bug. i absolutely enjoy this game but how can i play it when i keep getting booted off the app :(

In between every level it gives you a ad so if you can do something like change it that would be great I love the game

I play this game all of the time. When I’m waiting at the doctors out in a long line, it takes the stress down a notch!

I love this game but for the past few days, a couple of the ads that play lock up and won’t progress. Very irritating!

I like the game but nearly every time a Royal Match game ad comes up it freezes the game and there’s nothing you can do to get out of it except close the game and come back to it later…sometimes much later. Frustrating and disappointing.

I love this game. It’s very challenging. However, I don’t mind ads, what’s annoying is having ads pop up randomly in the middle of playing a game. Leave those for after, not during.

Sometimes I switch apps in the middle of a game/level and the game restarts itself. Very frustrating.

Why is my screen going completely black? This is very frustrating.

Enjoy the app, but I get very frustrated when the ads get stuck half way through a level. You can’t get back to the game except to close the app and start over. You lose your place in the level and waste all the tools you used.

Stuck for 24 hours+. The game opens to a p Frozen page. Was enjoying the game. Not the first time to encounter this flaw. Macie

I absolutely love this game, there is not a lot of ads disturbing me at all times. And it has very good game quality. I love it!!!

I love this app except that when I get into the higher levels it glitches or shuts down. I won’t pay to remove ads because I just keep deleting the app and starting over.

I always keep the app updated and I have yet to see what the festival was. I still think the power up costs are too high but I’m still playing the game. Worth the ad free purchase.

Finally a challenging game that doesn't require a doctorate to do well in!

I’m a retired senior and I always love the music on this game. I can always finish every time I play. I recommend it for my granddaughter.

Been playing this game for over 2 years and still play it daily

Had to delete bc too many ads and music in the background can’t be permanently turned off.

I love matching the tiles and playing in pvp, and doing the lucky machine! There is just a glitch in the ad sounds, it makes a wiring high-pitched sound, and it’s super annoying.

Its Really fun not even gonna lie. Really Good for long car rides and stuff

I love and hate this game for some reason I have trouble clicking on tiles. I was on last tile to clear and it wouldn’t let me click it

Fun game.but tooooo many ads.even after a low battery notification we have to watch an advertisement.

Game is great, but the number of ads and the length of some of them make it too frustrating too play.

Fun game, but entirely too many ads for free version. also, the ads are way too long!!! If you’re going to have ads, limit to 6-10 seconds or make puzzles more solvable without having to use ad rewards.
