Tilly’s is a really good brand to shop from but recently I was going to add something to my cart and I went to add it and it says there’s an error and I did everything to fix it and it still doesn’t work, but other than that it’s a really good brand it just needs to not have difficulties.

i love tillys but when i try to see clothes for women, men, kids and home on tillys app it shows blank white screen on all i tried to fix it but nothing seem working

I have been wanting these jeans for a really long time. I’ve continuously update this app hoping it will restock my size and hasn’t for months. Same with a lot of other clothes I’m interested in. Just is unfortunate and wish they would do better. If you have a store in person the quality of clothes are extremely good just pricey.

I love Tilly’s and all of their clothes. The app was really easy to use. The one thing about it is that on some items the size guide does not show up when you press on it so you have to go to another item to find your size. Other than that it’s a really great app and would recommend. 🩵🩷

Not able to sign in after the new update. Keep getting “hatch error” code. Please fix!!!! Really love the app before this update.!

It seems impossible to pay for anything on the app. Zero of the payments I’ve tried to make have gone through. It’s not like any of the information I put in is incorrect either. It’s all correct. The products look awesome but it’s impossible to access any of them.

This app needs work. Difficult to navigate, and use the store locator to find items at a location. They do not make it easy. Seems like they don’t encourage customers to shop. Foot traffic isn’t being considered. Please update.

For about a week now the app won’t load a thing.

In the bag where you can save things it does not let me remove items, I already purchased them in store and want to remove them but it won’t let me.

I don’t recall having issues before, but now the account tab won’t load and the items added to my shopping cart on Tillys.com do not show up in the app. Will have to continue shopping in the browser.
