Help

I am very happy to have found this benefit at work. I had experienced some really difficult situations in my job. And using the Timely Care Service has been amazing. I highly recommend this service to anyone in the law enforcement community. And to first responders everywhere. Thank you

Incredible service

I’ve used TimelyCare several times over the last year and it’s an incredible tool and service to have at your fingertips. All the providers I’ve worked with are amazing!

User friendly

It was easy to access and they responded very quickly.

.

i'm scared to go back to therapy, but i keep failing my classes due to mental health issues & dissatisfaction with my career/degree path. i have to give it a try again, as i didnt show up for my first and only appointment because of anxiety

Timely is right!

I was out of town for a family emergency and needed a prescription refilled. I used the TimelyCare app and got connected with a doctor right away. She called in my prescription to a nearby pharmacy and I got it quickly. TimelyCare even texted me to check in later in the day to make sure I was doing well.

Just amazing

I never write reviews for any app but this platform really helped me change my life. Being an international student was hard on its own but after losing my mom things got really really difficult for me but Mr. Shabahang changed my life and helped me through it all. I am so happy that I was able to connect with him. to this day I am not sure how such little time was so life changing for me. Thank you

Best Mental Health App

Can’t recommend highly enough, great resource!

Great care.

Professional and empathetic

I love the service but the app is a little glitchy

Sometimes the app jumps or crashes on me. Could be my phone though it’s old.

If/when you find the right person to meet with…

I am a USF student who uses this app for mental health counseling. There are great people here who really want to help you and who will love talking with you. Getting help is really brave and important and I think this could really help you if you are feeling alone.

Feeling better

I wish I had this in undergrad, but I’m so glad to have a sound board when my mind gets too noisy! Great therapists thus far

Mariana

This app has been very helpful for getting support with my anxiety while on campus. The therapists are highly trained and great at what they do. I also like the self care and snack ideas they show in the app. Highly recommend

In time and nice

They reply in time and doctors here are really nice and patient.

No easy FaceID login

Nice app but super annoying to have to re-login each time.

Such a HUGE blessing

TimelyCare is truly a blessing. I’ve used it to avoid having to go to urgent care. I even used it on vacation when I got a nasty stye. So very helpful.

4 Negative User Reviews for TimelyCare Health & Well-being

Scam

This is a scam. I tried 3 times with 3 different therapists to get a session and they all cancelled last minute. I don’t think these are real people

Not Trusted by Safari

Started off cool, but it’s totally crashing with safari stating it’s not safe for privacy ????

Need a video visit for everything

I saw a doctor using a timelycare video visit but a week later I had a followup question I wanted to ask about some medication I was prescribed. A simple email or direct message would have been sufficient to ask my question and receive an answer. But timelycare forced me to schedule a entire second video visit 24 hours in advance just to ask a single question. It seems to me that this wastes the doctor’s time and mine. Why isn’t there an option to message past providers?

Poor Service & Glitchy

I hope those using the app for mental wellness have a back up plan
