TK-App App Reviews

I really like the TK app. I very much appreciated being able to photograph things and send them in. Even understanding what constitutes events to put into the bonus heft. The only wish I have is that this app was in English too. My German is not horrible but navigating the world of German "Krankenversicherung " is not so easy for me.

Einfach super, dass man so vieles einfach online machen kann bei der TK. Grade eine Krankmeldung hochgeladen, super einfach.

Overall a fairly good app. There are a few ways it could be improved: - could use integration of activity tracking from Apple Watch for the Health Bonus portion of the TK app. - could use an English language localization since TK claims to support English on their website.

Kaum eine App die in Deutschland für Versicherungs-, Banking- und Verwaltungsaufgaben von verschiedensten Institutionen erdacht und angeboten werden, kommen nur zu einem Bruchteil an die Funktionalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kompetenz von Personal und back office SOPs ( Standard Operating Proceedures ) heran. Sehr beeindruckend. So etwas passiert nicht über Nacht oder durch Zufall. Wehweisend.

Simple smooth interface, perfect for easy customer access and use. Very svelte!

Favorite app on my phone

I love that I can send information and documents right in the app and manage the bonus program completely. I also love the TK Fit challenge. It really motivates me to get moving every week. The app has a great look too.

Great- just wish there would be all the services available in English.

Awesome experience! Digital, fast, intuitive and very easy!

The app itself is very solid, but every time there is an update, I have to log in again and enter the activation code that is sent by regular mail. This is awful and means that I have to look thru my mail every time I open the app and want to use it.
