How do you get it to go past the screen that says relaunch this to set a url?

It’s ok

I run actiontiles on my iPad and this works. Had to come here because Kiosker stopped loading AT at this time). Only problem is that when I click on a link that should open up an iPad app (it does on safari and other kiosk apps) it does not. If this could work, it would be really good.
