Like this game. Really, love this game. But it needs the expansions. Hopefully the new developers will bring that to us.

The stylized font for Japanese looks great, but the developer should not have used it for Chinese. This is because Kanji does not cover all Chinese characters. When you use a Japanese font for Chinese, many Chinese characters do not even exist in such a font, so they have to fallback to the default font provided by the OS, resulting in a really messy GUI.

It’s a great game! But there are a couple of bugs. I tried to do online play and play with one of my friends, but it kept crashing. I also can’t figure out how to make an online account to get an achievement. That brings us to the next topic: achievements. There are a couple of easy ones, but one of them is literally to be the best player in the world. WHY?! Other than that’s the bots almost always just go the spot in front of you. It’s a great game and I play it with my partner all the time. Unfortunately the expansion packages are not included and we are tired of the characters available.

Loved the board game but it isn’t always easy to get three people to play. So it’s nice to be able to play solo. Only problem seems to a bug where I choose a meal at the last inn and it doesn’t give me the points. Doesn’t happen every time and it’s not limited to one character but it happens frequently enough to notice. Other than it’s a great adaptation both in game play and visual design.

Good game, haven’t played the actual board game before but was easy to learn and play with a 10-year old. But neither of us gets any sound/ music. In settings we’ve tried everything from toggling music/ volume/ language to no use. We’ve tried downloading in multiple devices - phones/ iPads.. all have the same issue. Is anyone else seeing that or are we doing something completely stupid? Looks like an easy one to fix if it’s a bug!

There is a bug with Chubei. Played a game online with a friend. In the end, there was a discrepancy in the scoring between my game and my friend’s game. He was playing Chubei - he had an extra 5 points that was not reflected on my game. When looking into the details, I saw that his game showed 2 additional panorama sections that he received from encounters which was not apparent on my game. For some reason, the panoramas from encounters are not registering.

The game is fun, gorgeous, and captivating, but the achievements don’t work! I’ve completed the the preliminary achievements but they don’t update as completed. Also, the touch screen is very sensitive with no way to modify it. Still, a fun and beautiful experience.

This is one of my favorite games but would love if the would add the crossroads expansion with all characters & game extras!

Already owned the actual board game before downloading. Nice animations, artwork. Hope the expansions will be released soon.

Update: Even after the patch, the game is still unplayable! After arriving at the first inn checkpoint and finishing the meal, players get locked out. | Bought the game to play online with someone but there is a bug that makes it so that when both players have joined, it becomes two concurrent games that play at the same time. Makes it unplayable.
