The tolls are getting of control in this city. The congestive pricing has helped with traffic but not my monthly budget. Get it together greedy people. The price is going into NY is rediculous and something needs to be done about it ASAP

This is great and it keep me on point to pay my EZ pass regularly without auto reload

EZpass is great except that we have been getting charged by a mystery driver when they use a tollbooth. Apparently, the tollbooth scanners confused their license plate with ours. Easy pass people told us they don’t have a way to stop this. We periodically had to get credit for mystery toll charges.

This app holds funds then says credit card invalid. It eventually clears but what is it holding the funds against if the card is invalid?

Simply doing the task of replenishing my tags felt good!

This was more convenient and had less internal errors than website. I had to copy paste info for payment, though, because I could not type directly onto the field.

I got the same message and solved the problem by deleting and reinstalling the app. One should not have to do that to get an app to work, but here we are.

Overall, no problems at all with app - damned near perfect, BUT…would love to see an option for login with Touch ID available. Currently I have to enter my password every single time.

This is my first time using the new EzPass. I liked the old app. It was familiar, so it was easy to navigate. That’s why I gave the new app only four stars. However, I just had to add funds using the new app and it was as easy as the old app.

Wow. I wish we had EXPass when I was commuting from Northport to White plains Back in the early 1990’s EZ pass saves time, saves Gas, More peace of mind.

My app isn’t working

You get all the way to the page to select your license plates and I do that and it says to select a valid one and won’t go any further

The late fee for a small toll is ridiculous. You are discouraging visitors to your state. I don’t mind paying a toll but I hate the toll by mail program. Why can’t you have a toll booth for visitors. These fees are worse than a loan shark!!!

I’m finding the roads in increasing disrepair. All toll roads, regardless of state should be in primo condition. NYS toll roads are not. Further, there were three (3) instances on the thruway where construction caused a one hour backup. The next rest area was closed (except gas) due to construction. Not a well thought out plan. You are revamping these stops at a cost of many millions of dollars. How about providing people those suped up portable toilets hooked up to the septic systems? T
