Downloaded the app around a year ago before discovering there weren't any participating restaurants in my area, that changed at some point and I finally got to try it out. Great way to try something new in the area and support local businesses that you may not have otherwise considered while reducing food waste

Great way to save money and discover new restaurants.

My son got me signed up with this service. So glad I joined the club. Love the concept. I’m someone who hates wasting food. An idea not to let perfectly fine food to go bad is something I’d embrace any day.

Eugene/Springfield just doesn’t have enough stores, only 4.

Every bag has been a great value! Would love to see more stores get on this train. Its a great way to stop waste and support local community stores!

Absolutely fantastic that food isn’t being wasted, and that I can grab it for much cheaper than retail. It’s great for all parties involved. The only complaint I have is that more places don’t participate in this program! It’s a benefit to the environment, businesses and consumers alike.

This app is AMAZING! What a great concept and perfect for college kids on a budget or even struggling families just wanting to give their families a good meal! I told my teenage son about this and all of his friends downloaded it lol!

I want to experience the food at Eataly but I never get a chance because they sell out. Mostly there are donut opportunities but we’re hungry for real food and can’t afford to eat out.

Since we live outside of the metro area we don't get to take advantage of a lot of deals. However, of the places we have gone, about 2/3rds have been excellent. The others were okay, not bad. Hoping more places get involved in the future. Definitely recommend the App. Overall, it's been a good experience for us.

The places around here sell out fast, but when you get to buy one, it’s always a yummy, good deal!

Fun evening excursions

While I think that this is a great idea and I’ve had both good and bad experiences. I had a wonderful experience picking up an order from a bakery. I must say that the app is lacking in its ability to review restaurants that don’t work out. I would like to see a way that I can write feed back in the app to let people know that I showed up and didn’t get anything or that the door was closed on me. Just something that this app could consider for the future. Or maybe make it so the restaurant can’t

I loved this concept where there is a win win for both the parties! The restaurants and store owners can sell the leftover (yet good quality food) without discarding it or throwing it away and the customers can buy it at a discounted price! The quantity that some restaurants give is so much that you’re good for 1-2 days and can even give it away to people in need! Love the fact that we are reducing food wastage.

Great concept! Just collected my first bag. It was fast and easy and an excellent value. Unfortunately there are only a few stores in my area that participate, which is odd since I live in a major city.

Y’all I wish I had this app when I was in college. This app has come through and saved me from so many days and nights of starvation. Really. In all my 10 years of owning an iPhone, there’s never been an app that I’ve loved as much as Too Good to Go. For real y’all. Don’t skip out on this one.

This app is phenomenal. With so much food wasted for no reason, and the rising cost of take out due to inflation, this is spectacular.

This is really fun! I like trying different restaurants and this is a great way to sample some new fare!

I am very passionate about food rescue and was excited to download and try it out, but the problem with magic bags as a kosher-observant person is groceries don’t necessarily work out, and I would only be able to reliably get prepared food form a kosher restaurant. I was thrilled to see that there was at least 1 kosher restaurant participating in my area of New York City! You can keep kosher and rescue food! Great app experience.

Please make an English version / translation

This is such a great idea! The reality of how much food is wasted/discarded makes me super sad, and I think this is a great way to mitigate that. And the discount I got on my favorite vegan cheese was just incredible. I hope more businesses partner with the app - the only shortcoming at the moment is there are just a couple local spots that I’m interested in at the moment. I’ve become an evangelist for Too Good to Go though!

Super easy to reserve surprise bags and cancel if you change your mind.

The idea is so good I wish I thought of it! The service is great, I love the surprise bag aspect of it and saving food from waste feels great too. I’m surprised that more people don’t know about this in San Francisco yet, but I think it will get popular soon.

Too Good to Go has helped our family try new foods and ‘splurge’ at restaurants and stores that we never would be able to otherwise. The deals on here—when we can find them—have made meal and snack times so much more fun for all of us. And by having the chance to try certain shops through the app, we’ve found some new favorite local spots that we can like to support. This is the best app on my phone, and the one we use more than any other. Thank you, Too Good to Go, for making our life better!

I’m a cheap guy and I hate food waste. This is literally the perfect app for someone like me. I wish all restaurants partnered with it!

Whether you’re actually reducing food waste is dubious. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoy this app. It’s pushed me to go and explore so many new places and at discounted price. I would say though that you’re rarely getting what’s leftover, and it’s more like an advertising arrangement to get a discounted first try at their place. But of course you can go again and again.

I just discovered this app through a friend and I love it! The idea of this app is wonderful both for the store owners and for the customers. I can’t wait until more businesses sign up, especially restaurants. Pastries and desserts are great, but healthy options would definitely be welcome, as well.

Who ever thought of this app to create is a genius. I was able to get so many stuff that cost only 5 dollars. I got a bunch of cheddar chesse, 2 whip creams, and a b un ch of chicken nuggets. They even let me keep their bag that they prepared for me!!! Love this, going to be using this everyday. Saving a lot of 💰💰💰💰

Too many bagel & pizza places. Need to be able to search by rating, by pick up time, etc. App needs more features. It would be great if it sent you a warning when your favorites are available and going fast.

I’m happy that they now have vegan and vegetarian options but now we need the no pork or beef option.

It’s a great app but they don’t accept discover, hopefully one day that changes because my discover card is the one i use most. Please think about updating your app to accept discover it will make things much easier. Thanks.

Brilliant concept… Why didn’t I think of this? Love everything about the whole thing. No waste, no waste, no waste!!!! Value, fun, exciting….more stores needed for sure, should be ubiquitous…..I should do sales for them, lol
