Videos not working but overall OK

Videos do not load but other basic functionality works. Live tracking by rider on a map would be nice.

Good content, buggy

Videos won’t load

Meh

Could have and should have been a lot better. First, the US market is pretty big so why not appeal to them by having the narratives in English ?!? The other thing is most of the videos were difficult to view.

Nice app

Can’t seem to play any videos. Can hear the audio but screen only says video is loading. Frustrating. Update: video playback appears to be fixed. Thank you!

Stuck in the Peloton

The app is great for what it does, but it needs a refresh. Formatting is inconsistent, such as with player list highlighting of favorites and jerseys. A lot more deep linking is needed to minimize having to hunt around the app. Some annoying bugs remain; if on the Live tab, when switching back from another app, it keeps going back to Stage 12 for some reason. The app team desperately needs a breakaway to at least get on the podium.

Hot phone

My phone was hot to the touch while playing the fantasy game.

Could it be better? Yes

I am thrilled by this app as it gives you most and more of what you need to track the riders in the Tour. Could there be more stability? Yes. Could there be more features? Yes. Could it be easier to use? Yes Does it allow you to track your favorite riders? Show you in detail, refreshing constantly, who is where in the race? Both on a map and in detailed data? Allow you to zoom in on the riders and the various groups to visualize how far they are apart? All Yes. This is a wonderful app but

Good source of race info but…

The user interface and navigation are confusing. There is just too much content and different sponsors needs for prominence get in the way of an easy to use experience. The app’s frequent data refresh and repainting of the user interface is pretty annoying when viewing the race data tables. Otherwise, it’s a comprehensive source for the latest and overall race stats.

Tour Radio Live

I heard the Race Radio right when Sir Mark Cavendish won his 35th sprint in the 2024 TdF stage 5, and watched the video with his yell of victory!! 🚴‍♀️🐈‍⬛ App is so robust, with rider data, history of Cities and Le Tour, biology of the areas, contests, Live Maps automatic refresh…. all Coordinated by the technology team behind the scenes without giving up an strategy of the teams. I 💗 this app, brings home 🇺🇸 the Summertime Feeling! @kitkatusa

Very well done

This is the most comprehensive TdF data that I’ve ever seen. So many videos and images of the stages. I really felt well prepared before every stage and I stayed with all of the action with the live tracking. I would give this more stars if I could. I cannot speak highly enough about this app.

The race

Great way to add to the race experience.

Spoiler Mode Please!!!

The default screen shouldn’t show the stage winner of the day. If I want to look up a rider number as I’m doing the replay, I don’t want to know who won. Fix this and I’d give it a better review.

2024 Tour de France coverage

Video and news coverage of this evert is missing in the USA but through the app, we can at least get the coverage that the rest of the world enjoys. Keep up the good work.

Fun way to follow TDF

Quick and easy to check stages, routes, and favorites. The fantasy league is great and a challenge. During the Tour, I’m on this app multiple times per day. Thanks for developing and improving this app!

Fabulous updates for 2023

Really great app! I live for the tour, and the app is fantastic. Live tracking, on-course updates, maps, stage breakdowns etc. they made great updates from last year and it’s a wonderful companion to watching the stages.

Much improved

App is much more intuitive, better organized. However, rider position under Live is faulty. Aside from delayed update, which makes it quite useless, some riders at the front are missing. Needs correction.

It is helpful, but it isn’t everything.

Navigation can be confusing and searching particular riders can be awkward. Developers could do more in terms of updating daily stats and giving more detailed info on the course and points to really look out for during the stages. Otherwise I find it an invaluable addition to my Tour watching.

C’est le Brésil ?

5 étoiles pour l’app du Tour de France 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Amazing, comprehensive app

Love all the race details, but also all of the in-depth info. about the route. Formidable!

Fantastic

This app is excellent. Live info for who is in what group with constantly updating times. Real time rider data. Good preview stage info. Concise player profile info with their race histories. And if you ever want to see the tour live it tells you where to go and where to park. Fantastic. Thank you to the Tour de France/Skoda/developers for making a great app.

I’m tired of constantly having to log in

I like this app but why must I have to log in constantly? If I leave my fantasy team page to vote for the most combative rider, I have to log in again! I have to log in even when I click on the “remember me” box! It’s really annoying!

Good stuff

First, I’d like to thank you for making an app that allows me to follow the race without having to make an account. I’m exhausted of making accounts for every last little thing. As an user/consumer i greatly value this. The app itself is smooth, and I really enjoy following the stage live. 5/5

Above and beyond

I was not expecting this level of information or the speed at which it is delivered. Great connection for any Tour de France fan!

Amazing Analytics

This app does an extraordinary job of giving analytics on the TDF in real time. As the stage progresses, the app shows where the riders are on the route, each group, who is in it, and what the time splits are, remaining distance, average speeds, weather (including where the wind is), and lastly it gives live updates from the Tour’s twitter. If you aren’t able to watch the stage on TV, this app is a great substitute! Highly recommend to any TDF fans!

Why no Tour de France femmes features?

Useful app for following the stage at home and on course. Would love a version for the women!

Why no video controls? Fixed! Good job!

You can only tap to pause/unpause the video? No progress bar? No idea about duration? This must be a joke. Thank you for fixing the video awkwardness.

Need to be able to pause replays!

Overall very happy with the app! But the inability to pause the replay is embarrassing! If you accidentally touch the screen, it restarts the video! Super frustrating.

Dates seem to be wrong

Dates are wrong I believe in 2020 app

The dates for the stages are incorrect

The dates associated with the stages are incorrect- they are a day behind

Wrong Dates

Why are the stage dates wrong in the app?

Working well now

Bugs seemed to be corrected. Alerts are synced with live tv coverage.

11 Negative User Reviews for Tour de France by ŠKODA

Too confusing and drag you into sponsors

Open the app and welcome in constant dragging onto sponsored pages or gaming. No real structure of daily progress or results. Far cry from other high valued apps like NBA with great summaries. This TDF is just a Skoda scramble.

Slow and uninformative, at times goes silent

The app freezes or is slow. Information sorely lacking. Moving between race, rider, and team information is clunky and difficult. Overall a user hostile app

Videos never work

The app is fine, but the layout needs work and the videos never work. The audio does, but the videos don’t. Why have an app if it doesn’t work.

Goes black, unresponsive

Sad to see a big-name app fail to perform.

Love the sport

Can Not find a TV channel that carries the race. Miss it so much!

Latest update broke the Fantasy by Tissot option

The app was great, but the latest update won’t let me access my fantasy game anymore. The app now asks me to verify my email and the email link redirects me to a defunct page. The game can’t be accessed without the email confirmation so my last 10 stages of play are inaccessible.

Worse

Updates this year make it more difficult to navigate and more buggy. So much for following TdF

App is awful

The app refreshes back to the top of the home page every 10 seconds, which makes it nearly impossible to look at anything other than that screen. Can the refresh be turned off.

maps ?

This app is terrible ; simply want to see a map of the day but not possible

Wow, underwhelming

Really hard to believe it’s so hard to watch the the tour and this doesn’t help. There’s no live feed just a graphic? Why can’t they show the race? The TV schedule is terrible, you never know where the days race is going to be shown. The tour is losing me
