This is a must have for all golfers regardless of handicap. I love the music and alpha waves. Great app!

I had it for a couple of weeks and the results are incredible. Let me put it this was: all of a sudden you know what you’re doing AND during your swing you’re only thinking about the tempo, and not three million other things, resulting the incredible improvement.

Great app, had the original book and cd, upgraded to the phone app. Easy to take to the range, can’t wait to get winter rust off. John is very responsive. 5Stars

I have never reviewed an app, but I had to say that Tour Tempo has been great. Finding the right tempo and focusing on the tones has helped me a lot. After 30 min I noticed that I was making better contact and my footwork was improved. I think it’s because my brain only had to focus on the tones and everything else came naturally. Any new golfer should give this a try.

Very useful tool. Frees up the swing and does what is advertised. The only (meaningless) qualm I will add, is the creator (and his dad) claiming to invent/find out about tour tempo. I know for a fact Snead taught by waltz time and discussed pros long before him doing it. Waltz’s are in 3/4 (3 beats per measure, takeaway on 1, top of the swing 3, impact 1), and is quite literally this exact same idea long before. Nothing new in golf! Great app I will be using religiously.

Been really working on my timing and this really help eliminate swing thoughts and creates better rhythm. Takes some getting used to but well worth it!

Simple and effective

The concept of tempo seems elusive, until you use this app. After one session, I was already hitting the ball way better. I now use this at the driving range every time I practice. This is one of the best things I’ve ever found in Golf.

First time I ever had the bright idea to bring this app to the course, I broke 80 (78). I had been chasing it for a year. I knew it was in range because I have a sim at home, been grinding getting a lot of swings but the course it would break down. My coach said tempo and rhythm are the only things that matter on game day but his “one two hit four five” thing didn’t really lock it in for me. Found the 27/9 to be my speed and first round out there with it in my ear I tagged 12 GIR Super cool

Completely worth it as a supplement to the (green) book. The workout video is especially helpful. This app is the Rosetta Stone of golf for me. I have had it for 10 years or so (2012?). Whenever I lose my swing,Total Game (Tour Tempo) helps me link my upper and lower body.

I bought the short game book, then the full swing book - primarily to get the audio clips. I am looking forward to get my golf net so I can practice at home. I feel this will be a great addition to my golfing enjoyment, scoring too!

I finally committed to these tempo tracks and it really frees the mind up from paralyzing mechanical thoughts. Customer service is top notch also!

This app and the book by the same name are the best golf instruction ever. The drills are simple and easy to execute. Tour Tempo takes the complexity out of golf and makes it fun while learning to play your best. I purchased my copy several years ago and I come back to it again and again when I need a tune up. I highly recommend it.

I wish I had known about this app five years ago. I’m hitting the ball so crisp and so far that my buddies are super jealous. My putting has improved dramatically as well. This app/concept was recommended in the book “The Four Foundations of Golf” by Jon Sherman. I was also reluctant to spend $25 on an app, but I eventually gave in and saw immediate results. I would highly recommend this app. I can’t believe there aren’t enough reviews about this app!!

The concept is great. It should really be customizable for the individual. We should not force a player into a specific ratio but be able to dial the tool to them. I’ve seen some great short games that are not 2:1. Same with full swings. Not all are optimized at 3:1 Please consider that some users would like to customize both the ratio and the tones. At least be creative and add more and different tones and voice cues. Waiting on your updates.
