This is a shockingly good mobile app - most airline apps are a buggy mess of pages that don’t load properly but this is a rock solid thing of beauty.

There is no need for gender selection or gendered salutation. Just remove it or make it inclusive.

Still need to login every time. It’s the same interface as the website.

Very Elemental App

Not very complete. Could be a lot better with clarity, fonts and buttons/options

Missing basic functionality

Unable to select seat within 30 hours of a flight. This is the minimum expected functionality for any airline today; it’s not 1980.
