Timesaver

Very fast and easy!

Virtual Visit

This is wonderful . The doctor was fast, thorough and understanding as well as very helpful to give me a great rmuch needed referral to a specialist . Thank you

Like having a doctor in the family + a personal assistant

Super easy. In just the past month: 1) I texted with a doctor and got a medication I needed in minutes (seconds?). 2) The app booked a dermatologist appointment FOR me - finding me a great one with appts in just a few weeks instead of the 6+ month long wait I was finding. And 3) my husband got a new diagnosis and was planning to get surgery - it connected him to THE top specialist in the country to review his case. Thanks to that review, his diagnosis changed and he has been able to recover wit

4 Negative User Reviews for Transcarent

Terrible App

Lay out is terrible, and won’t receive any codes to my email or phone for a required password change. Tried calling for support (it’s not even 3pm at this point) and everybody is gone for the day… terrible support for trying to get account access for something health related.

Not overly impressed

Had several hiccups. Not the easiest to use, didn't bother tell me I had to fast b4 bloodwork & missed important things. Had to reschedule appt. Health coach is mediocre. Health tips are limited.

Can’t Log In

This app gets harder and harder to log into. At first Face ID worked but now I have to change my password each time. Then for refills you have to fill out a questionnaire via chat. Multiple times I’ve had to have two concurrent cysts for 1 rx.

I have questions

What is the point of enabling Face ID if I still have to manually log in every time? What is the point of the Remember Me box if I still have to select it and type in my login info each time? What is the point of the Remember This Device for 90 Days box if I still have to check if and get a code texted to me EVERY TIME? And what is the point of this app if nobody answers the messages I send?? This app is about as useful as the insurance itself. Not at all.
