I went through choosing dates, choosing the hotel, choosing the flights and when I go to review, it keeps telling me to change the flight, but it gives me no options! I've done this five times now. I give up.

The set up is nice and finding a ticket is awesome so many choices and options you’ll find a way to do it

The beds were clean and firm. Fridge worked well. Microwave good. Bathroom was clean and the sink was modern. Good TV. Affordable. Good service staff. Great access to area sites and Laguna Seca.

This was my first time ever doing a ghost investigation and my fiancés second! Both of us were not sure what to expect, but Joe made the experience a night we sure won't forget. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Catalina and the shocking stories that live within. He took us on an adventure to some really cool hot spots on the island that opened our eyes to a world of encounters! Highly recommend giving this tour a shot! Best tour by far that I have ever done! Joe was the best!

Very good for families, you can cook, very clean parking available and the best location. I’m highly recommend this Otium in Condado.

The ability to see the prices for a range of dates seems to come and go. I usually have flexible dates and i have to check over and over to figure out which days are cheapest. Make it an easy to find option!! And build better relationships with the airlines. Last time I had an issue the airline pointed to Travelocity snd Travelocity pointed to the airline. Was VERY difficult to get any resolution with that behavior.

App does a good job of letting me manage my flights. I wish they had a flight “info card” that I could share with friends and family that details of the flight, but not the price paid.

I had a emergency and had to leave the next day and I wasn’t reimbursed. Travelocity said call motel and the motel didn’t refund me or give me my deposit back

Check in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Travelocity for years to book our vacation packages. Easy to navigate the website for stays and flight choices. Definitely my go to for booking our vacations.

I’ve had to cancel two flights recently because of a surgery. I had no problems with the customer service. It always takes a long time on the phone. They did exactly what was stated in their fine print.

“I had a frustrating experience with this app. Despite having a booking number and itinerary, the app kept telling me I had no booking. It was very confusing, and I had to call the hotel to cancel my reservation. When I went back to the app, I noticed it had linked a different email address to my name I had never seen before. Overall, it’s not user-friendly and caused unnecessary stress.

Just downloaded app and everything is in Spanish. Tried to change to English but no success.
