Have been trying all day for my daughter to play, and we keep getting error messages, or saying we have no friends, when we had a lot! Poor way to do Halloween.

Hi I downloaded this app because I saw it on Tv thought I give it try When I log on it makes me change my password every time I log on! Although the two arcade games are good to play.

Nice game!! I will give 5 stars when I get the email for my kids candy.. we redeemed the candy for in store because they only had 120 pieces of candy..

Why do all the doors say they are closed??

My kids absolutely love this app and then end up reaching the treat limit within 30 minutes and it really upsets them please consider getting rid of it for Halloween, but besides that the app is a really good concepts and works really well

What are the purple ghosts for are they just a score or to purchase outfits for the kids or after like so many you can redeem them for candy credits

I like this app but my door is in a building and I brought candy but not a single piece of candy has been taken by trick or treaters.

This is a really cool concept for kids since we are in a pandemic but when even the porch light is on it says no candy. It’s just very frustrating.

Some houses with lighted torch doesn’t have candies. It says ghosted.

My daughter wanted to trick to treat but I put my age on there and it won’t let her trick or treat is there a way to still trick or treat or change the age

How do I turn my porch light on I just bought some candy and it still is off??? also the porches I see with lights on are not actually giving candy oh well!

How do my child get candy when all the doors are closed is there a time?

Super good since the lamp update, but my kids are still getting ghosted at the doors with the lamp on.

So much fun! Kids are loving, fantastic idea! Easy to use, fun, and live that you get real candy. Nice way to connect with family and friends that live far away.

The app is fun and all, but I wish it would have been more clear that each coupon is only good for ONE bag of candy. I attempted to use a $10 coupon for two $4.88 bags of candy only to realize that it only paid for one.

One thing so I get real candy??? Because I will bye candy for kids if I get some candy so yes like thank you please respond so I know If I get free candy if I do I will bye stuff in your game thank you

Game says you need to be nine years old to play I put my birth and I am nine years old and it says I couldn’t play just because I am nine years old but I said I to be nine and up to play this game is a lie you shouldn’t play

Haven’t gotten ghosted once since the update so excited it’s working!!!

I was playing and no one gives out candy

I think it's a cute concept especially for current circumstances but I wish there was an option to take off the houses that are closed so we don't spend so much time getting ghosted.

I was loving this app until it glitched, I can't see my friends or add new ones it keeps saying error and every door that you visit my poor kid keeps getting ghosted 😖😔I hope you are able to fix this issue soon.

I have a question. Will the doors outside your family be open for all people on halloween? or are the doors only open for family members? Cause right now most of the doors are ghosted.

It says the age requirement is nine and I am 15 and so I put in my birthday and it says that I don’t meet the age requirement

Every time I try to get in it loaded and can’t get in to play this game that I bet is awesome

The only problem I have is that when u say treat none of the doors are open so it’s not that I don’t recommend it it’s jus my opinion

So i got this app like 2-3 weeks ago and now i cant even log in i was gonna make this review at 2:00 but now its 6:30 and i cant log in still please someone help.

It worked great throughout the month but of all the days to be glitchy, it had to be on Halloween! Thankfully we got enough credits to redeem a bag of candy! Please fix it very for next year!

why is there a candy limit!? and why did it have to be a number a little smaller than the minimum candy credit needed for purchase!? i have 205 candy credits right now, and i need 210 total to get something from Walmart’s online candy shop.

It took my candy credits from all Of October it has been 2 days and I have still not received the 240 candy credits I exchanged for a gift card

When ever I go in my keyboard is cover half way so I can’t type in my email or anything

I don’t understand the app says age 9 or more, I’m 13 and I tried to put my birthday in and it says I can’t do it? If that is the case at least change the age on the app

My sisters kids earned a ton of points, they played a lot. My son got bored as many doors don’t have candy, even with the lights on. This is probably everyone’s fault since we have to buy candy for there to be candy. I did, you should too.

Can you redeem the points you earned from doing the trivia questions and the escape game?

I was excited after hearing there was a update that put porch lights and participation people would be on so I went to look For some and I found some on asked for a treat and it and it said ghosted this has happen almost every time

My daughter knocked on 109 doors, not one had a treat LOL. “Ghosted” - yep, that’s how I feel after downloading this app. We also bought candy to up the odds... so far no one has knocked on our door either. 🤷🏻‍♂️

when every I go to enter the Address it automatically scrolls down. And won’t let me select confirm address

I downloaded and tried it with my granddaughter but she keeps getting ghosted. We are only going to houses with the lights on but they are all doing the ghosting too. Are we doing something wrong?

I downloaded this game and before I downloaded it it said ages 9+ can play, I am a 12 year old girl and I entered my birthday and now I am unable to play. Please fix this because it is ANNOYINGGGG.

It says ghosted at every door I go to! I presume it’s bc nobody want to pay money for fake candy that they can’t even eat! It was good at heart but it’s a dud.

so it says this app is for kids 9+ so i put in my birthdate and it says im not eligible when i am well over 9 years of age
