Too many messages- I just now got a message telling me I need to make an appointment with my pcp since I hadn’t seen him in 6 months! I see him every 3 months. I also see a message for a mammogram that I am not due for yet giving me a date for my appointment!! Who is looking at my file

Great ways to keep up with everything going on and some of My Dr’s will respond To quick questions. Would like to see the desktop version more user friendly, but the app does all I need most of the time.

I gave up on family history portion. It only allows one diagnosis for each person affected.

I absolutely love my chart! It’s everything you need to keep your health in check! Labs, future appointments, prior appointments, referrals. It has really helped make my life much easier! And so user friendly!

This app is a must have, it's shows you any updates on your medical visits and you can get tests results information before you go back to your doctor's office so you know what to expect and ask the proper questions about your health. It also helps you with your appointments by letting you check in in advance and when you go to the emergency room you can see what kind of medical steps you are going to take. Definitely the best medical app .

Do not like the apparently no option but paperless communication upcoming.

I love my chart it saves a lot of time calling in waiting on hold. You can send a message and it gets answered in a decent amount of time. Like why even call in to be honest when you have My Chart?

My Chart is terrific. I can see test results and can ask questions getting prompt responses.

I had a surgery at the beginning of the year and paid my bill in full and had someone tell me that my account was $0 and now I’m seeing another bill for the surgery. Doesn’t make ANY sense.

I really appreciate the advantages of MyChart. I can see test results I can schedule visits. I can have a virtual visit and I have never found a cumbersome at all to keep up-to-date with your primary physician.

The app is very friendly and have good security, is perfect to keep your labs informations, records and keep the communication with your doctors.

The only problem I see is when most of the Saltzer clinics closed up, it threw most of their patients to St ALS or St Lukes, causing a backup for current patients to get in for an appointment. I have waited now for a couple months to get in to see my doctor. They just tell you to go to urgent care which is worse than waiting for the appointment to get in to see my doctor. To me, its unacceptable to push current patients back to make way for new patients. Thanks for listening!! Ron Ragan

Like that I can see all my test results and all upcoming and past appointments. Really like being able to message my health care providers.

Thank you, yes it keeps getting better and glad to see that it can link to Albany Med and the availability to get my test results along with an explanation what they mean.

This app has made communication with my doc office so easy and efficient. I don’t know what I did without it.
