USELESS (to me) without LANDSCAPE MOD
Limited orientation options FAIL-I use my iPad Pro in a Focusrite Dock, with, unbelievable but true, OTHER APPS (i.e. Luis Martinez’’s, EXCELLENT Funk Drummer) in, now get this, an ACTUAL WORKFLOW. Without LANDSCAPE MODE, this app is of LiMITED UTILITY. IPhones are wonderful things, but not the ONLY thing.
A pocket operator on your iOS device
Easy to dive into, powerful enough if you want to import your own samples. Fantastic.

This app has been out for a long time, and it’s been passed over by far too many people. I have bought a lot of different apps on the App Store. When it comes to sampling that is quick, fun, and creative, you want triqtraq and/or koala. Triqtraq and Koala are quite different, but they are complementary. Triqtraq has motion record for effects and more input, which is nice for filters and variation.
Koala’s sample editing features are very quick and handy for finding the right chop.

For the right creatives this is a joy to use
If you want make beats that sound like everybody else's you probably won't like this. If you want the warmest fattest pitched 808s this isn't the app but if you want to put all that aside for a minute and go for a real stream of conscious creative swim outside of boundaries of your musical skills or concepts about music theory this is the app to do it! Take a break from being a typical musician and try triqtraq!

Great program - super easy and fun to play with.

Really? No audible metronome?
That’s pretty much all I can say. This app has huge potential but its sloppy UI and lack of basic features (mainly an audible metronome) make it feel like an outdated toy.
Super cool but...
Please add a metronome or a click to the tempo/BPM section. It takes the guess work out when initiating a loop.
