Never underestimate Ork technology. Don’t get picked off. Tunnel. Give access to local network and install VPN in the settings menu. I used it before I payed for it. A lot. The idea that they let you upload and download with earned chits is awesome.

After trying this out for a few months, and loving it, my children and I got the yearly subscription. Definitely worth every penny.

This is a good VPN, The only thing is that you have to pay money for the more time use. But a least a free 500mb a day for a free plan.

Wish the could us payment subscriptions with credit cards directly like visa and the others.

I have had my TunnelBear compromised a couple of times, and a data leak. TunnelBear was quick to restore. The second time they restored before I even knew there was an issue. Watch your TunnelBear!

VPNs are boring. Just a basic utility that you need sometimes. But the branding and UI/UX of TunnelBear makes what would normally be a forgettable VPN app into my favorite app experience of all time. It works great, and the sound design and graphics are 10/10. Sometimes I turn it on, even when I don’t really need it, just to hear that satisfying “click” and “RAWR!” - please bring the sound effects to desktop :) Props to this awesome creative team, happy to stay subbed for my daily chuckle.

I like the design of the app, and as soon as I get money I’ll pay for the subscription because I must support the bear 🙏🙏 Seriously though, I was just looking for a simple vpn (I know nothing about vpns) and this checks all my boxes with an easily accessible layout, clean ui, and gives me cute bear emojis to use in iMessage 10/10 ❤️🐻

Since the latest os update I find I have to turn off my TB to access many of my apps. The AT&T, ox off-road, my weather app as examples won’t even open without turning off the VPN. If it do that they work as expected. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thanks.

Five stars on the VPN but ZERO stars on navigating their website. I’ve used their services for over one year but have yet to locate any details of my account. I’ve been trying to renew for last month or so but haven’t figured out how yet. I will keep using the free service.

I’ve tried dozens of vpn apps paying more than this one, only to get nasty surprises in the middle of the contract. They s one is easy and smooth. Customer service is awesome!

Bypasses websites that are blocked on networks that are locked down! Been using for years :)

Improve in app development

Repeatedly have problems logging on gmail from browser when using this app. The only solution is to log off TunnelBear and then log on again one or more times until you can log on, which seems t defeat the purpose of having a VPN. Also, for some reason there is often a problem going to Yahoo! Customer service is essentially non-existent: it’s just a worthless bot.

I’m grateful for this app, it’s very stronger vpn.

Strong and secured VPN but some locations weren’t included like eg;Turkey please it should be worked on

Seems to be working out great so far. I will continue to subscribe if everything goes well with all my apps

Would give it 5 but i feel its kind of expensive ive been using it for free a tweeted for the data but it ran out fast. Good app nontheless

I want to say for the time that I used TunnelBear, it has really helped me to achieve what I wanted online. Continue the good work team!

I love the app it's easy to use

This is my 2nd year using it on my cell, iPad & laptops. Easy to use, transparent, no latency. I never had an issue.

It has some serious issues with installing confing and getting permission

Only app I found with multiple countries such asMexico and Australia for free. Other vpn’s you would have to pay for those add-ons. I will not be able to play the soft launch of apex legends mobile using this vpn(not released in US yet).

The app sometimes can’t connect the my preferred location example I connect the app to Germany but the app gives me a New York location. You need to improve on it and upgrade the security of the app

Usually works well but has enough instances of not working / disconnecting that it interferes with smoothly using any app or the internet or even contacting someone in an emergency.

Great all round VPN! Sometimes I’ll experience hiccups but they’re usually gone as quick as it occurred. Thank You for the great protection and speed. X Lutious
