Hello Turkish Airlines, I am not able to see my flight details like Aircraft type, seat map gurus. I am also confused by paying $160 for my extra luggage if that applies only to carry on or checked baggage? I called Turkish airlines and a young lady told me I can check three checked baggages each 23 kilos since I have paid extra. The website says it is for 8 kilo carry on. I am 75 years old and can not pull carry on baggage in my layover at Istanbul airport. I am really confused and would

When you scroll on the pull down bar you have to actually touch the words to scroll.

Doesn’t show flights on front home page

I am welcomed by name - but my bookings are missing. I have made 5 different journeys via IST and it has not remembered my booking even a SINGLE time; I have to start FRESH every time. Very annoying; more hinderence than help.

Visited Lhe Airport office to reserve my seat from Lhe to Istanbul Staff was very competent and helpful How ever , The seat from Lisbon to Lahore couldn’t be reserved as the staff said it’s not allowed. I booked Lisbon - Lhe through Turkish App which was very helpful and super quick Thank you for such a wonderful experience Saima Malik

One cannot buy tickets for three people at the same time. Have to go through and repeat all the same steps for each person separately.

I chose United States as my home country. But when I chose the state a Canada state list appears instead of US states names. I couldn’t add Texas (my state) to my address Please fix it Thanks you

App is pretty good. Useful in many things. But when it comes time to pay for things with a CC the states in the USA do not show up on the scroll list so the purchase can be finalized.

Rude people and they don’t even know anything about a ticket or when is your flight. They kept referring to other people

The problem of the use if this application that when iam trying to get copy of e receipt always bot complete and an error massage appeared

I have never had to pay for seats on connecting flights. This will be my last flight on Turkish airlines.
