I’ve been out of a car for while since my last car had engine issues. Recently, due to financial hardships I’ve decided to wait awhile until I get another car but through it all Turo has been the reason I’ve been present at cheer competitions, family functions and other events/celebrations. I’ve had good host and bad hosts but overall the good outweighs the bad. I appreciate businesses like Turo for assisting people like myself who enjoy being outside and because of Turo I’m able to do so.

I love using Turo, so easy. The experience is always great and I love the vast selection. Cars are closer to me than a normal rental car company and a lot more exciting. I love knowing that I am getting the exact car I booked.

I just got to a new city and my car broke down. Turo was able to step in and help me every step of the way! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMMACULATE! Let me tell you, they don’t miss! If you need a tow truck, tire change, Lyft voucher, refund, for them to cover the difference, call the host, or check on you to make sure things are running smoothly with your rental. They do it all. I’m a new & Turo has made it to start earning

Turo is quite different from the usual car rental. But it is good and surely less expensive. Especially for long term rentals.

I needed extra car for a funeral. I don’t a have cc so no rental car companies would rent me one. So I googled “rent a car without a cc” and Turo was the first thing that popped up site glad I did that! I was able to get a car and the anxiety of trying to get back n forth was gone. I’ll be using Turo from now on! Thank you!

The Turo app is user friendly.

With Turo you pay just the amount that you see in the first place. The process of picking up and returning the car is the fastest. I will neve rent again with any company such as Alamo, Hertz, dólar, or any other the always charge you wit some “extras” that you ended up paying double of the price. Nevertheless to note the amount of time you loss with the process with them.

Easy and user friendly mobile app. Doesn’t have technical issues, and great for making extra money for monthly expenses.

i absolulety love Turo ❤️ they make the process so much easier unlike other major companies that required credit checks and credit cards i got stuck in kentucky my truck broke down i went to enterprise hertz and others and no one would rent me a vehicle i came across turo on my apps and contacted customer service and i was able to rent a vehicle in less than an 10 minutes!!! the host was extremely amazing ! and it was very cheap as well

My first time using this app and I have to say that the customer representative was amazing. He helped me out through the entire process. I had an inconvenience with one trip but the owner of that trip and the representative truly came thru for me. The next trip I had the company messages right away if any questions came to my mind. The fees are completely affordable. I am so happy to have found this app. Thank you!

Easy pickups and drop offs, priced better than standard car rentals & communicating with the owners is a plus. I love that I can have a car ready at the airport without having to go talk to anybody or check in at a counter. Only good experiences with this app- highly recommended.

I have been pleased with my Turo app! I have been using it for a short time, but has been great!

I have rental from Turo twice. I recently rental from a car rental company and they placed a $250 hold on my card just for me to rent a vehicle for 1 day that was $30. I rented from Turo and there was no hold and the experience was seamless and it didn’t there was no issues to rent. I love Turo and definitely recommend the service/app!

We had our vehicle break down in an extremely rural area and it took more than 5 hours for them to even dispatch a tow truck, they really dropped the ball. Luckily the host himself did everything in his power (hours away) to resolve our issues.

Owner rented us an absolute lemon of a car whose transmission failed on rural Vermont, leaving us stranded. It cost us nearly 1000 dollars to hire a cab to a real rental car location and rent a new car for the remainder of our vacation. Customer service structure is very poor—agents seem to have no power to actually fix anything, and continuously tell us to call back (at which point to receive a new agent, who must then be apprised of the situation anew). After nearly 8 hours total of time spent
