The recent update removed the widget from the iPhone, logged me out, and deleted some of my programmed on and off times. As well it removed all family members. Updates usually don’t impact these types of settings. Get yourselves an update on how to properly update your app and inform existing users what you’ve done.

I very much prefer the old widget where the individual devices showed up one less step than with the new one

All I want to do is set up some color changing lights for different holidays. It’s very complicated, there’s scenes, the groups, then 5 different operations within one tab. It’s very confusing. I just want wax out door light controls

The instructions to hook the device up are vague and unclear. Once you finally figure out how to connect it setting anything up is a guessing game of button selection and the app seems to care more about shoving a useless virtual assistant AI than actually attempting to be a functional app. My advice is if you get a device that uses this app, just return it and buy a better brands. This was not worth the frustration or pain.

Got this app to connect to my automatic litter box and it’s supposed to track different stuff, set a timer for cleanings, and be able to stay connected so I can set the box to clean from the app but after like 2 days of it working somewhat properly (half of the tracking items were never tracked even from the start) they all stopped working. Using the Tuya app with moistenland Bluetooth water timer makes my iPhone hot and really drains my battery.

Tuya smart just added a feature for tracking electricity, and that seems to have screwed up the application for Tikon vacuum. I cannot figure out how to go backwards from the Update. The new application destroyed the map for my vacuum and now my vacuum doesn’t seem to be able to create a new map. I don’t want to track my electricity, but it opens a screen and even though you close the screen without entering anything, it still thinks you’ve activated it.
