Fun Challenge

Really enjoying the game and hope it gets some more love and attention. Definitely recommend!

Like into the breach

I’ve played both games ITTB and this, I have only started but I get good vibes from the gameplay

Great game. Needs bigger fonts/elements for mobile

Title says it all. This is a really fun game but it isn't particularly optimized for mobile devices which can make aspects of gameplay annoying and take away from the experience. All text is so small that its almost unreadable (in battle and in menu). Gameplay itself is fun. This is an Into the breach-like, so if you like that you'll probably like this.

Shade system

I enjoy the game, story, art, engaging gameplay. But the shade system didn’t need to be there. It took away from what I feel like is a rewarding system other than the shade system

Fun and engaging battles

Shade system presents a cool spin in battles. Enjoy the characters. Biggest con so far is replay ability. I beat the game on hard the first time and was a bit challenging but upon going again all the maps are the same so really the only challenge right now left is using other characters or getting achievements. Having it be procedural generated I think could help a ton in giving this a better value / longevity. (And of course more missions)

Interesting

It seems like the game is pretty cyclical in that you get as far as you can go in the missions before you party wipes and then you have to start all over from the beginning, except for the unlocks you’ve acquired. Can be kind of repetitive. When you defeat enemies they resurrect the next turn until there are no more extra lives for them. This makes you feel like you are making no progress until you’ve depleted their lives. The shade system is also confusing - I don’t like it though some people
