Trip Planner doesn’t allow you to select start and end points- so you can’t plan a trip. Duh.

Great time-saving idea. But not if after loading all the many required photos you get a response that says “At least one photo must be uploaded” and you cannot proceed. Just downloaded the newest version and encountered the problem again.

Awesome quick service. Employees were very helpful and very informative. I would rent from them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service. Quick & easy transactions with support for any needs along with an AWESOME storage facility. Keith Putnam and his helper were very courteous. I would like to thank the u-Haul distributor in De Quincy for helping me with my moving needs. The lady in the office was do nice and polite and met my need with a smile. Also Lisa that I spoke with on the 800 number was very kind and hrlpful. We finished up our move sooner than expected so I returned the truck about 9;30 same evening. Again thanks for your help and I will use you again Linda Prudhomme

Unless there is a line just go to the counter -this app takes way longer to check in with

The “return truck” link leads to a page that indicates additional questions have to be answered, or photos have to be taken, but without selecting any other link, app automatically and immediately loads another page that only tells you to put the keys in the dropbox. The support tab takes me to a blank page.

This app is so janky. I consistantly have to go to the webpage to get anything done. Just now I had to get my receipt from the web instead of the app because it would only show me the receipt in the app- there is no option to download it or send it anywhere but a printer. I needed to email it- no luck. I also couldn’t get it to work when returning the van so I had to use the web for that too.
