Rates during peak business hours should be adjusted, in my humble opinion; I’ll walk and venture out less to conduct my small business work , etcetera…: Taxis are available bit such increase: I have overextended my budget for uber this week. Most drivers are awesome - keep in mind the few bad apples will always upset the apple cart and all is duty noted. Treat everyone: respect all cultures - please and thank you .

How is it possible that I asked for a ride, my waiting time was 25 min and 5 min before my driver, his name was Ramon, should have picked me up, he cancelled the ride!!!!Uber then connected me with another driver and the waiting time was 25 min more!!!!!
We had a great visit on the 18 minute drive would recommend that guy to anyone!

If the driver cancels with 2 mins to pickup I think the rider needs to have his/her ride discounted. I’ve come across the far to often. With the lack of riders on the road and longer wait times, I shouldn’t have a driver connect to me get a minute away and then cancel. It’s disrespectful and discouraging

Ride now pay later should be a feature that is always there for you. For as long as your credit is in good standing with Uber
The tip section when u r riding has no submit button and no confirmation that you tipped. When you get notified for a tip at the end you tip twice because you are confused whether you really tipped. There should be a confirmation that you tipped during your ride, AND a notification when it again asks for a tip at the end that you have ALREADY TIPPED.
When is Uber going to add dark mode? Im losing vision in my eyes and now dark mode is the only way I can use my phone efficiently. Please add dark mode.
When a customer cancels a ride because a driver has not moved in 15 minutes after accepting a fare, when a new search is performed the previous driver should be excluded from being able to accept the fare again.
As an international traveler I ordered Uber XL , it has seating for 5 but not enough boot space for luggage. I wish Uber had the option to specify how many check-in baggages supported in their car. Like Uber XL , wish they had Uber luggage XL

Nice app but has to be uninstalled when not in use because of excessive notifications trying to get me to use the services. Should default to only essential notifications.
