I have had such great food and awesome drivers deliver dinner to my home or hotel. The tracking is on spot. I can activate my key fob to flash my lights for a driver to locate my home quickly. Uber Eats has more discounts than any other platform. This is my favorite way to save time to spend on other things.

Great app and offers way more deals than door dash

I am not one to Nicole and dime anything so I have no problem tipping well. But it is utterly ridiculous that I end up paying the same amount in food totals as in service charges. This is sooooooooo abusive.

I am finding the app pretty easy to use and my delivery people have been very gracious and courteous. Just have to get used to it but liked it it’s so convenient when I have a medical issue I can’t get around. Thank you so much

I just had to give them 5 stars cause out of all the bad experiences I’ve had, and I had a few. The reward hub works & their customer service works. I even receive free food & rides sometimes for my loyalty 🥹🙏🏽

Fees are kinda high and delivery persons deserve higher pay not just from our tip

Uber One has helped me save a lot! I’m always grateful for the promotions as well. I love Uber Eats especially while being at work, there aren’t many great food options near by. I love when Delivery fees are low or there’s a 0.00 fee 🙌🏾.

Ordered food of app recommendation and then was told it was too far and got charged 98$ for cancellation

Y’all charge 3 different taxes and expect y’all drivers to get good tips? . That makes people hesitant. Don’t charge so much tax and maybe y’all drivers would get more tips ( depends on their service)

This service has been a life saver for me here in Wylie Texas and my 80 years old mother in Miami Fl. My only complaint is that the promo codes rarely work for me . I use this service weekly.
